Not kid friendly. I actually walked out of the shop 4/13/17 with my 2 boys 5 and 7 years old before their cuts because the stylist seated my 7 year old and told him to "scoot back" and he has never heard that term before so he laid his head back and she got a disgusted look on her face, shook her head impatiently and said she was just going to get a booster. I hope she remembers this incident because I wont forget or return.

Obviously people dont leave reviews unless they are greatly disappointed or very satisfied. I was very satisfied. Due to ailments I have to make my hair cuts very quick and Sarah in the great clips in Waconia marketplace respected this. She listened to what I wanted done , and she got me in and out quickly. I will be using them again. Sally

Was not pleased with having to wait 25 minutes. On-line check in said ,"Checked in 0 minute wait. When I arrived, the stylists took 2 walk-ins and had us wait 25 minutes. I will drive 25 minutes out of my way to return to the Mound location where there is excellent and fair customer service.
