I got my hair cut about 2 mths ago. I have very thick hair and the usual 15 minute cut will not do, while getting my hair cut, without a wash, Haley tired helping the young girl with some tips on cutting thick hair, and then asked if she could cut my hair after she finished her clients hair, which was great because she washed my hair, and spent like 40 minutes on it. She dis not however flat iron it, but I was tired by the time she was done.The cut was better than it would have been if the 1st stylist would have continued. So my cut was not fabulous but looked good, better than any other time I have had it done it at Great Clips. I really appreciate Haleys initiative and willingness to work on my hair because she knew my hair was a difficult cut and it is so thick. She did not do the "basic" snip, which is what most stylists try to do to get people in and out. I will go back again but try to get Haley as my hairstylist if she is working.

Went here today 08/07/2015 Friday with my family. My fiancé was getting a hair cut & my son was supposed to get one as well. Soon as we walked in the lady at the front (cashier) just stared at us. I had to say "hi!" & smiled since they just stared. The atmosphere was just like; they didnt wanna be there, they wanted to just go home & we were a annoyance to them. They took down my fiancé & sons name and then a blonde lady with spotted plastic frames (glasses) was the one who gave my fiancé: Josue the haircut. She rushed it and didnt even clean up his edges or removed all the hair that was on his face after the haircut & seemed annoyed the whole time. We ended up canceling our sons haircut because we did not want them touching his hair with that attitude & rushing it. Waste of $14 haircut. I work in retail and appreciate a warm welcome & smile this place disappointed. Never going back again.

I was hired at this salon and told to give my two weeks notice at my other job if I chose to do so and the manager would contact me when she returned from vacation to set up orientation and training. When I hadnt heard from her after 1 1/2 weeks, I tried calling. It took a couple of tries but I finally reached her and she told me that she was no longer interested in hiring me after all. When I explained I had put in my two weeks notice at my other job she was not sympathetic and said I should have waited until after orientation.

Every time I try to get my haircut here I call first, Im told there is no wait to come on in. I get there in 10 minutes and magically theres a 30-45 minute wait when I show up. Every. Time. The haircut quality us what youd expect - effective, not awesome. But just tell me the truth when I call, my time is valuable. And as a result I wont go back, I dont appreciate the dishonestly and theres a million other places to get the job done instead.

Will not be coming back. I asked for nothing off the top, just cleaned up. And what I got was 1 inch off the top. You have simple jobs, just do what the customer asked you to do. If I could give this place zero I would.
