I went to Great Clips in Excelsior for the first time last night. The greeting was very friendly and inviting. Celeste was my stylist and she was absolutely great, very engaging. She really wanted to make sure she gave me the cut I was looking for and she did just that. I have been looking for a long time for someone that would give me a good cut and care about the job they do and I was very happy with the haircut she gave me. She gave me many of tricks and tips for styling my hair and maintaining it in a healthy way. Thank you Celeste for the making my experience one that will have me returning again for sure!

I got a cut a couple of hours ago ... i was not in the best mood ... a new stylist (Stephanie) got the worst of it ... but she maintained her calm and styled my hair in a way that even i hadnt realized i wanted ... thank you and i hope the firm location manager reads this soon. Good luck. Rose.
