Ive had my hair cut there before and it was good, the ladies were friendly. I love long hair so I only get a trim once in a long while. My hair was long, the front was almost below breast area, and the back was about 1-2 inches below my bra strap. Until couple days ago, March 26th I went in for a hair cut. I had my hair in a bun, totally forgot to take it down. The man was harsh and struggling to get it untied (he could have ask me to do that). He asked me what kind of hair cut I want and I told him just cut off only 2 inches and layer a little bit and make sure its still long because I love long hair. He brushed all hair Up straight to the top of my head and cut about 2 inches. Both sides left and right was cut about 2 inches more. Omg I was nervous already, I told make sure not short ok! He said "No it wont be short, your hair is a lot damaged so Im cleaning it up, will be beautiful". He brushed all hair straight down on the back and cut. He brushed top half portion hair straight up and cut more off. He grabbed a portion of left side hair and pulled straight to the left and cut more off. He kept on cutting here and there. I was getting Nervous and upset. Hes trimming around my head and mention " Are you nervous, dont be nervous ". I told him I think youre cutting my hair way too shot. And I grabbed the top left portion (length is now at my neck) and the right side and pointed out thats not the same length, the overall hair length is way too short (a little below my shoulder). He went to get a lady, probably his mananger, and I explained to her of what happened and that Im very upset, the front of my hair was at my breast area and the back was below my bra. Right away he said " No its not". She looked at the floor to see how much he had cut off and said " that looked about 2 inches ". And I told her that he kept on cutting 2 inches here and there few times. She said " well I didnt see your hair before so". I was too angry to think about showing her my hair length and style from my photos that are on my iPhone 6 Plus. Or woman, check the camera if you got one, thatll proof of whos the lair. This got to be the worse hair cut I ever had. I dont want him to cut my hair anymore. She was trying to fix my hair but its still not good. He definitely messed it all up, no more fixing otherwise my hair will be shorter than it already is. Harsh brushing, if I had hoop earrings or long earrings on he would have brushed them off. Terrible, choppy, unprofessional hair cut was done by this jerk name Alex (called and asked for his name after I got home). They didnt charge for my hair cut but thats not enough because I am the one that is going to live with this for 1-2 years until my hair grow long again. I am the one with uneven, choppy hair cut, with one side of my hair had weird ugly layers and the other side is not layered. Stupid jerk should not be cutting hair ever !!!! Not going there no more!

it was a guy cutting my sons hair and I told him what I wanted he dose a 5 minute hair cut and dosent take off any of what I asked and asks done and I said actually I was hoping to have the top shorter he got very agitated and said I wish you would of stuck with what you originally wanted and I told him the same thing the first time and he called another lady over like he had no idea what I was saying so I told her I honestly just wanted to grab my son and leave after that I wish I would of after that he started cutting his hair and niked his ear my son jumped and said owe he didnt even aknolage he cut him so I thought he was just being dramatic nope we got out to the car I look behind his ear and he did cut him are you kidding me Im beyond upset with this visit I will never be going back!

I have had my hair cut here many times and I have to say this is the worst haircut possible! ! Choppy, uneven, way shorter then I had asked for, and on top of that the women cutting my hair was extremely rude!! Now they are closed and I have early morning classes so I will not be able to have it fixed. I cannot believe the terrible job done! And to get it fixed its going to be even shorter ! I cannot believe this and am extremely upset. I couldve done a much better job myself. If they are having problems at work dont come in! We have to walk around with our hair, and its your job to be professionals. Very unclassy.

The woman who cut my hair would not shut up. Sometimes people want to not talk as evident by the one word answers I was giving. The sales pitch during my haircut had obviously been repeated many times and Im not paying for a service to get thrown an ad pitch to. Was asked 3 times if I had to work today. After I was asked if I did anything for the holidays and replying that I dont celebrate because I dont have much family around, I got 5 minutes of her plans. Sometimes customer service means that you pay attention.

The last three of four haircuts I have gotten from here, I have felt like I was an inconvience. It genuinely felt like the stylists where bothered by cutting my hair and rushed me out as fast as possible. Also, the wait times are ridiculous. I check in online just to arrive there and have 6 or 7 employees working but only two cutting hair while the others just disappear in the back while the waiting section is completely full.

Ive been goin to this great clips for a yr. Only once have I had an issue with my haircut. Kinda choppy. But I went back in that day, let them know, and they fixed it on the spot. They also gave me a free future haircut. I go in once a month and my cuts been perfect every time. 11 out of 12 pretty damn good! The workers are nice n polite n the place is always clean.

This is for the Hair Salon (Not the Pet Hospital next door!) The young lady who trimmed my daughters hair did an excellent job, very professional & patient with a toddler. Only issue, the receptionist who answers the phone can be a bit hard to understand, all in all, a very nice salon that does not charge too much for basic services like hair cuts. Thx!

Ive only been to this one Great Clips twice. The first time I went in, I got what was one of the worst haircuts of my life. I went in the next day to get this fixed, and the staff really over the top to get me fixed. Not only did they bump ahead of the line, but I got my hair fixed for free and a coupon for a free haircut in the future. Not bad!
