This is suppose to be first and for most a Post Office! I went to the post office today to mail one package there were 3 lines in which 2 were taken up for passports ( which take at least 20 minutes) then with both of them taken up the people in front of me go up and state they need a passport! Thats BS! There should and is suppose to be 1 line for passports. I waited 25 minutes to MAIL one package. Thats not right

I went there on Saturday to get a passport for my daughter. Due to traffic, we got there at 11:02am when they stop doing passports at 11am. They would not make an exception. I even explained that I had traveled 45 minutes to get there and my ex husband 30. The lady at the counter did not seem to care and was unwilling to make an exception. I thought she was very rude. Needless to say, I am not going there again.

One of the few post offices without 24hr lobby access for box holders. I was told there were after hour lobby access before getting my Po box. Such bullshit.
