As others have noted, this woman is discourteous, abrupt and dismissive. We have had mail sent back, including mail order medicines, and have been charged postage due 3 times on packages that were in priority mail flat rate mailers stamped "US Postage and Fees Paid," that were sent to us as FREE SHIPPING from the merchants. On multiple occasions we got mail in our box that was addressed to other boxholders. Keep in mind, this is a very small post office, and the service issues occur year round, even in the "off season" months. We know that this is not the way the USPS conducts its business, as we have family members who have worked at the Quincy PO and Medway PO. These issues all started when the former Postmaster was displaced by the current employee. Before that, service was great.

There is woman working there who should not be working with the public or for the post office. She sends peoples mail back when it is addressed correctly, she makes up her own rules for post office related business, she refuses to acknowledge people standing at the window and she is generally nasty to customers. I advise to not receive mail there and use the post office in North Falmouth where they are honest, helpful and nice.

The woman in charge of the PO is disagreeable and unpleasant. How her behavior can be tolerated by the public is an enigma. The PO is within walking distance but I have decided to drive to North Falmouth where the staff is cheerful and efficient. By the way... do we really have to show our passports and tax info to "renew" our boxes every year? The Gestapo lady thinks so.
