I am beyond furious! The Willow Street delivery service of packages is worse than poor, complaints by phone and in person over the past 2 years have done no good whatsoever.! They are for the most part INCAPABLE of ringing my apartment number when there are packages. Bad enough that they will not deliver to my apartment door I cannot even get them to ring my buzzer so I will go down to the lobby. July 14 2017 was the last straw!! I paid extra for 2-day delivery of MEDICAL EQUIPMENT to arrive today. I DID NOT GET MY PACKAGE. I GOT A PINK SLIP. July 13th was another Pink Slip for another package. Again I sat home all day waiting!!! Tracking Details indicate "NO DELIVERY LOCATION AVAILABLE" - I have not left my apartment for 4 days in anticipation of this first package arriving! within the last TWO WEEKS I have received Pink Slips for FIVE packages. All were on days I was home and waiting!

Terrible customer service ive been trying to call the phone number provided all day and still no answer. I have 2 missing packages that i had text alert on. Who ever was delivering the packages scanned both packages twice sending text alerts to my phone saying the packages were delivered to my mailbox. Only thing is my mailbox is right outside my front door and you have to buzz to get into my building. Whoever is delivering the mail is clearly not a responsible person and is stealing packages! I made a claim with the call center which is on the west cost so i doubt anything will be done about this matter! I will be pushing for a police investigation.

Been calling, no answer. My package says that it had an undeliverable address. I called USPS, they told me to call this post office and that the address was right and they had no idea what was wrong and basically couldnt help me at all. Been calling this post office all day so that my package doesnt get returned to the sender. At this rate I probably wont ever get it. Thanks USPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

About the mailman we have now come and deliver the letters too late after 4:00 pm, the person we have now is a woman and is more efficient she left the mail before 12:00 a good recommendation for her, leave this route to her please( my husband paid check come in the mail and went he got it the bank is closed thank you. No answer at this number 1:45 p.m. Missing package. Tracking said they tried to deliver it; left message. They did not. Suspect it was left at a similar address that is always getting our mail, and vice versa. Horrible. Nov 17 - tried once more to contact this number. No answer. Horrible customer service? No customer service.

I forwarded all mail. Permanently. And still (3 months later) Im not getting my mail or packages! Angry enough to call the BBB about this. Cause Ive spoken twice to them also and still, my mail gets lost and then I dont get it, ever.
