They are irresponsible with your packages .Had ordered shoes online waited tracked them , got a text alert Saying they where delivered to post office . Okay so I live in New Bedford appartment 3 floors in the multiple family appartment ,found the mail man he said he delivered the package put it in the hallway. My package gone we are supposed to be trusting the mail carries with our stuff since when do u leave packages for any one to take my name and info on it . Pay my taxes why is it that my package s are being left to be stolen . Ive always ordered online nothing ever got left on the stairs I always bad to go pick it up . Im disgusted because how can they be so careless would they wont there mail left like that I pray it happens. To them maybe then they will care more about leaving packages with peoples info and product for the people of new Bedford to steal .

A necessary evil... The employees at the desk are grumpy and seem to hate people. This morning they opened at 8:07 and told me that they open when they "get around to it" not 8am...

Worst post office ever !!!! They leave your package anywhere outside for people to still them, or is it really the mailman stealing them . Never receive any of my packages !!!!!

Always have issues getting my packages delivered. They are being marked as being delivered when I actually never received them. Its a repeat occurrence with this post office.

States that package was delivered but never received it. When trying to call all I get is a busy signal. Not the first time this has happened. So much for customer service
