Had a package at this post office and the guy wouldnt give it to me as I have 2 addresses in maine and nh and officially its a maine Id. Showed him bills and everything to show I live in exeter and wouldnt give it to me and said I had to wait for it to return to the shipper. Never returned as he lost it on purpose and it was insured and when the post office investigation looked into to it. They told them the package was lost. It was sterling silver flatware and the buyer returned my money. The post office paid him but I lost out on a great deal cuz this man was a rude ignorant man that doesnt like minorities in my opinion. Great job usps. I cant wait for the post office to fall. Too many post office workers act like they can be rude and mean and it doesnt matter. Thats why the post office is failing and I will laugh when they close permanently. They dont deserve 35 plus dollars an hour for acting like that.

FYI _ The Exeter staff has no clue when anyone is truly available to work passports! The last three times Ive visited Exeter, someone tells me another story about why I cant get my passport documents processed! Tuesday I was told to call and speak with Carmen, as directed, I called this afternoon and the kind women told me "hes in the bathroom". Thats a little too much information if you asked me but probably the most educated answer Ive been provided! I highly suggest visiting another location. Very disappointing!

The staff is friendly and willing to help. A few people stated they had a hard time getting their passports but I didnt have this problem at all. I called ahead to make sure the person was there for the passports and then drove over a 30 minutes later and it was all done with in 10 minutes. There is plenty of parking and I dont think I have ever waited in line for more than a few minutes. Plenty of shipping supplies right there and easily accessible.

I constantly get other peoples mail in my post office box. They send my packages back without delivering them to me, saying I refused them. People are friendly, but service is for the birds.
