WORST POST OFFICE - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The person working was extremely rude and told me conflicting information. She was loud and tried to ridicule me in front of other customers, simply because I questioned how she shipped my item and how to track it. She seemed to get very angry when I asked her why the tracking number didnt work and why she shipped my package as ground and not first-class or priority. She angrily answered and when I told her she had said the opposite thing to me a few min ago she became even angrier and louder. This has to be the worst post office Ive ever used. Ive been in here many, many times over the past 8+ months and this woman is ALWAYS rude, dismissive and theres always a wait, even when there is no one in line ahead of you. The level of rudeness was appalling - especially when Im just asking for clarification as to why she did something & didnt give me all the information. The people behind me were even shocked at how she was speaking to me and talking over me...Simply for asking her to clarify information.

The woman at the counter is a mean person. She needs to find a new job or move to the back room. Its disgusting and her personality is that of a rock. Just go to a different post office to mail items. I would give it a 0, but cant.

had mail forwarded to Florida until 6/30/17 for winter season, mail is till being sent to Fl, even after i crossed off and sent back to proper address!
