Because this Post Office serves a large community with a lot of residents and industry, it is always busy with a line. They do need more clerks but the way the post office is going, I do not believe that is going to happen. There is a lot of on street parking, there usually is not a problem finding a spot right out front. One thing that this post office does have going for it is that it has one of those automated machines that you can use your credit card and get all your postage from there, it also has a scale incorporated into it so you need not worry if you have enough postage.

I have been using this branch for 25 years. Building needs to be replaced. It must be a terrible place to work. The employees are by and large postal employees with a great union behind them. I went in once and asked for a book of stamps. The employee educated me by stating they are not books but sheets of stamps. Just a bunch of people that I do not want to deal with on a daily basis. The postmaster would reply to every complaint that it was really my fault something got destroyed, stolen or lost in route.

PAM FROM THE POST OFFICE OF BEVERLY IS EXTREMELY RUDE. And should be fired!!!! Its obvious Beverly post office has had some major issues!!!!!!!!!!!!!! && then they wonder why there loosing jobs and everything is going electronic!!!! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS SUCK AND YOU HAVE NO CONTROL OF THE OFFICE!!!!!!!!!!

This is a fully equipped post office. I have been impressed by how friendly the workers are here. I am usually frazzled because of the parking and the lines. I can be slow to work with in those situations and they have been professional about what I need. Without any snark!

Expecting an Amazon package delivery thru USPS from this post office on a Sunday? Forget it. They dont even bother to uphold their contractual agreement with Amazon. Ignorant, rude and lazy.
