Extremely rude, inefficient and unhelpful person at the front desk. My package is lost, and his answer was: "It was stolen and we cant do anything, Im no going to repeat it, bye"... geez! ... in other US Post Offices they at least try to contact the delivery guy and ask about the package. This is the last time I send something to Lynn MA, using USPS.
Terrible customer service. Inquired about a package that wasnt delivered because it needed the signature, was met with a nasty attitude because I asked why I couldnt pick it up today. Made two trips on foot there because I had forgotten my id and the lady couldnt tell me that I couldnt get it until the next day the first time??
Called this location and was polite from the beginning trying to inquire about a gift/package that I had been waiting to receive before my flight leaves in the morning. The woman who answered was rude and snarky, refused to help in any way much less understand my predicament.
If it wasnt for the regular employee thats been there for 10 + years Id 5 star it, however her need to make conversation with everyone just makes a simple what should be quick experience a long drawn out time. If I had a car I would drive to a different post office
Tried delivering a package, one lady was so rude where I forgot one piece of tape on the box and wanted me to buy the whole role! The east Lynn post office is way nicer!
I find that all the men and women that work at the USPS of Lynn on Western Avenue always seem to have a smile on their face and a joke in their mouth very pleasant
