The customer service was extremely rude and gave me some ignorant speech on how my name needs to be on my mailbox in order for me to receive my mail. I do not live in an apartment complex my mailbox is accessible by the street just like everyone elses who only has numbers on their mailboxes. After telling me they already sent my package back, I get flustered. So at this point the lady decides to go in back talking to another employee how Im clearly upset and she doesnt want to deal with me. She then comes out from the back with my package that she claimed they had already sent back and says to me "youre lucky were even giving this to you right now. If you want your mail delivered put your name on the mailbox". Mind you there were a few people behind me in line witnessing this also commenting how ridiculous it is that they are treating me the way they are treating me. Saying how not a single one of them has their name on their mailbox either. All in all I feel it was very rude and unnecessary experience. Also saying things like were lucky youre even getting this only leads me to believe that that is a threat to withhold my mail from me while I am standing right there with multiple forms valid identification. In retrospect I should have taken the ladys name and reported her because she should be fired. No one should have to deal with somebody like that at 9 oclock in the morning on a Saturday.

I cant say enough about the wonderful service I received from Cheryl ! I had addressed a package incorrectly and due to my own error the person on the receiving end was greatly inconvenienced. She took an enormous amount of time calling the receiving post office trying to locate this package. She was able to multi-task by continuing to service the customers in line , but still servicing me at the same time . Shes obviously a seasoned professional and I so appreciate her help-she really went "over and above" the call of duty!
