Not a lot of experience with the mail system, being of one of the first few generations that had Internet as children. The guy at the counter at this USPS, I think his name tag says sheriff bill. He is the nicest most helpful funny person that I have ever interacted with at a store. Help me get my rent check out on time properly. Sheriff bill is 100% the reason behind a five star rating if it wasnt for his customer service I dont know what I wouldve rated them. Too bad everyone else at the UPS is a bunch of incapable incompetent people that cant seem to do their job. Like Bill is the only thing good happening in that store. Otherwise I would say the USPS is a bunch of backwoods inbreds.

We miss Paul. We also miss being able to breathe without suffering an asthma attack thanks to the new air freshener put up by a clerk who refused to remove it when told it was causing medical issues. Also, three different clerks gave me three completly arbitrary set of rules for mailing the same items on three different days. Not only that, but they also purposely provided false information to make us pay more than necessary for mailing items. Over all, unprofessional, rude, liars, and smelly. (Except Brandon, he knows his onions.)

The current postmaster (9/17) is one of the kindest, most helpful postpeople I have ever encountered. Every time I am there, he is helping someone way beyond the call of duty. He is patient, pleasant and non-judgmental. He has a positive attitude and maintains a calm and even disposition. I think he is a true mensch, a humanitarian and it is a pleasure to use this branch post office. I always smile when its time to leave.
