Steph butchered my previously beautiful hair, and botched my eyebrows- taking off way more than I wanted (I said I wanted it to look natural), making my eyebrows look like theyre way further apart than they aught to be, and making one eyebrow so much smaller as to be noticeably asymmetrical. I asked for my money back, and they told me that I was just having buyers remorse and that I probably do this every time I spend money. What a thing to say to a customer! They handled it very unprofessionally, The reaction Im getting from friends is either "Oh my God, what happened to your face!" or "Itll grow back..." I went there because she does great braids. I asked for layers. What I got was haphazardly shorter hunks. I could have done better with a hacksaw.

I had my hair cut and styled at Hair Styles & Attitudes from 2003 until 2013. The only reason I now go elsewhere is due to a relocation of my office building. For those 10 years I received excellent service! This is the place to go if you want to feel like a million bucks without spending it! Shelly is phenomenal and she has surrounded herself with a staff that aims to please by listening to what you want and accomplishing a beautiful, finished product. They are well educated and keep up to date by continuing their education.

I have been going to this salon for 25+ years and have NEVER had bad service. I go every 4 weeks for a color and cut and twice a year for straightening. I see the same people there time after time. Shelly and her team are AWSOME and I have recommended them to many friends who are now happy customers. Shelly will bend over backwards to make a customer happy.
