I had stopped by Master Cuts one day to get prices and make an apt. I was told an apt was necessary, so I made it for 3:30. I showed up at 3:20, signed in and was told it would be about a 20 minute wait because they were swamped. Understandable, it was the holiday week and the mall was very busy. About 45 minutes later, Im still waiting. There were only two stylists on and people that came in AFTER me, that were walk ins, were being taken. Finally, at 4:30, it was my turn. I showed the girl the color I wanted and in turn she told me that this color would take a few sessions to get my hair lighter. This is untrue, Ive had it done before, in ONE session. I explained the cut I wanted. The result; my hair is uneven, where it is supposed to be angled, it completely just drops down, and the blend is terrible and choppy. Once the hair cut was over, she blow dried my hair, partially. And she then started to straighten my hair with a hair straightener WHILE MY HAIR WAS STILL WET. You could hear, see, and smell my hair frying. What kind of hair stylist straightens wet hair?!?!

I recently went in to have a trim and a conditioning treatment. I had to explain what I wanted several times. The hair dresser Amber hardly spoke to me. I could hear the other stylist talking to her client amd engagomg with her, I was jealous. I asked for my hair to be styled and she ran a brush through it and blow dried it.. yeh I could done that myself and I looked like a wet rat so I had to ask her to curl it like the other stylist did for her client. It was so awkward and uncomfortable because she wouldnt even ask me where I was from or any of the idle chit chat that makes the experience enjoyable. Thank Amber for the crappy hour. Ill pass this MC by next time.

I can say that I didnt have a good experience with them. The lady in the salon was not friendly and did not do a clear job. Also, She sounded rude. That was a bad service. Update: I got a call back from the customer service regarding the complaint I had stated on their website. Thank you so much for the call back. Much appreciated. The customer service person listened to my complaint and also, took my feedback. Good job...

Worst haircut in my entire life. I asked for a layered haircut. All she did was trim the ends and layered the bottom entirely CHOPPY. You can clearly see where she tried to layer. Hair was also not cut evenly, some hairs longer than others. Had to schedule an appointment somewhere else to fix it. Hairstylist didnt try to converse with me. I question whether she is even trained or not. Waste of money and time.

My husband went in for a hair cut and beard trim and he came out worse then before he went in! She left long stray hairs everywhere on his beard and she hacked his hair so bad leaving patches of long hair and taking out gouges in others! It was such a horrible experience, such a waste of time and money! Glad to know I could be a better barber then someone who went to school for it!

Worst haircut of my life this lady is a complete idiot. Practically shaved my entire head. That hairdresser needs to get her license to cut hair shoved up her ass cause she clearly has no idea wtf shes doing or shes actually retarded because a damn money with autism could have done a better job

The first time I went I got a hair cut and bangs, I had great customer service gave him a tip of $20.00. The next time I went to cut a couple inches the lady who was cutting my hair could not stop chit chatting, if you want good service Id ask for the only male hair dresser there.

Personnel booked me 12.30pm for an appointment almost 1pm nothings happening nobodys informing you that it will take a more time than it scheduled. So dissappointed.
