It is unbelievable how screwed up this place is. Not only do we have issues with you people delivering our packages but you dont answer your phones. I have been waiting for a package ALL day, your driver dropped off our mail and waved to my fiancée as he was coming out to get it. Both vehicles were in the driveway AND we watched the driver drive back by. Now my delivery says that we werent home. Funny because we were. I wouldnt be so pissed off if this was the first time this has happened. You guys need to get your stuff together because it is absolutely ridiculous how you guys function. Customer service needs a lot of improvement!

Customer service and people working at the physical post office were a breeze and fantastic to deal with... but delivery has been very sub-par for me. Lost packages have been the worst of it with a status update of "out for delivery" and then no update after that... no package.. nothing... UPDATE: Just happens the day I call, over a week after my package was suppose to come it magically is once again out for delivery and i should have it on my porch by the time I arrive home from work... customer service was nice, but very annoying to have over a week delay with no explanation..

By far worst Maine post office. They take the phone off the hook so you cant get help, repeatedly denied me access to packages that were at the post office and would come up with some excuse as to why I had to wait for it to be delivered, had multiple "receptical blocked" issues when there was clearly nothing infront of my door or mailbox. Theres only one blonde woman at the front desk who even knows how to smile, and they never seem to want to help you find the cheapest way to ship things. Wish i could just switch to the Standish office. Something should probably be done

Yesterday I had a package coming from amazon and apparently they couldnt get to the door even though we had shoveled the snow already. Today I had another package that they left in the middle of my driveway. Like they just chucked it in my driveway. We get the wrong mail all the time and ours "gets lost". We had a nice lady delivering our mail for awhile and now we have some guy that tries to shove everything in the box so he doesnt have to walk to the door. This post office needs to really evaluate their employees.

We routinely get other peoples mail, addressed to them elsewhere. Also our mail has repeatedly gone missing, and for a while once held my mail for 3 weeks and then sent back as undeliverable. It is absurd. Latest trick was on a 50 degree day with all paths to my door clean and bone dry, reported access to door blocked to amazon and did not deliver package. Where is the accountability? Still waiting for the package 2 days later. Did have a nice mailman for a while, but now back to the same old.

Got a notification from Amazon that the Post office was unable to deliver our package as they were not able to access out front door at 0930, this was a total fabrication as our yard was plowed and shoveled at 0830, we attempted to call this location for over an hour and it was constantly busy like they took the phone off the hook, oh and the mail is never delivered to my neighborhood until 1300 or later.

I called and asked about Prime packages not being delivered on weekends. They said they use different carriers on the weekends that dont know the roads so they return the package to the office (and Amazon doesnt communicate well with the carrier). Then they put an arbitrary error message in the scanner because theres no message for "couldnt find address". Mystery solved!

9 times out of ten, great service - but if you have Amazon Prime, dont bother trying 2-day shipping if it happens to fall on a weekend. If I try, I consistently get bogus "receptacle is blocked" or a similar message. I wonder if other small towns have this problem? Perhaps they are understaffed?

While the inside of the post office looks run down (looks like theyve had to consolidate services and fire people), my experience was lovely. The line wasnt too long and the worker was nice and patient with everyone in line.

Dont expect packages on weekends if you order from Amazon. Either they dont bother to deliver (too many deliveries even though they drove by my house 8:30a) or they deliver to incorrect location. Has happened several times

This location does not answer their phone. Perhaps taken off the hook? Busy for over 1 hour doesnt seem reasonable. Also 2 forwarding address confirmations are not being followed. Old address still receiving all mail.

Had to schedule re-delivery because "my Receptacle was blocked". For a package that is too big for a mailbox anyway, which was clear to begin with. They never even attempted to deliver this. Absolute lie.

Havent had a delivery in 6 days. Now they have the phone off the hook. Gorham can not handle deliveries outside of the city. Buxton needs to handle itsome own deliveries.

The post master should be removed. Taking the phone off the hook does not help anyone except their lazy asses.
