This is one of Maines best post offices. Youre not just a statistic. You get courteous, efficient service, there is a fair queing up line if needed, and theres plenty of advice and help if you need it. Youll get the best rates for what you are posting-and its comfortable to ask for options. Supplies to buy, space to wrap stuff - a clean neat space, plenty & close parking. Youll see that members of the community view this staff with fondness and admiration, with good reason. Now, where are their hours posted?:)

Steven Cumberland Animal Clinic
It took 20 minutes this morning to send 1 flat package. The nice guy behind the counter was new, kept saying he was sorry for the wait, and I was 4th in line, within 10 minutes there were 11 people in line. He kept ringing a buzzer, no one came to help him. He went out back, and a lady came out to help him on the computer for 15 seconds, looked at the line, and went away. He seemed to be having a hard time, and none of his co-workers were helping him. Really bad customer service.
