At approximately 10pm, July 31 (a Friday night) I noticed a burning smell and found the grid connection in my breaker panel glowing and ready to burst into flames. Called several 24 hour electrical companies and Ryan from CES returned my call within minutes. (The next quickest response was several hours later.) He arrived at my home approximately 45 minutes later, after having picked up a replacement panel. By 2:30 am the new panel was neatly installed and working. The work area was cleaned up with everything back in its place -- amazing! The cost was less than what I expected given middle-of-the-night service. I have made it a point to tell my neighbors to call Ryan with their electrical needs. He also happens to be a very nice person to deal with.

We had some difficult electrical issues and we needed them repaired quickly. Ryan listened to what we wanted done and was able to develop solutions for all of our issues. We have had a number of repair people in our house over the past 36 months fixing our hot water heater, roof and replacing our deck. Without exception, Ryan was the most professional, courteous and dependable contractor we have ever hired. As a Master Electrician, Ryan really proved himself to us and we had complete confidence in his ability to solve our repair issues. We, as a rule, do not make recommendations to anyone when asked. However, Ryan will now be our one exception. He will be the only person we will call when we need additional electrical work done.
