I needed to have a bunch of things done: • Fix in outlet that wasn’t working • Put in a ceiling fan • Install sensor lighting My friend told me about this company called Milton Electric. So I called Milton Electric to see possible options. The people on the phone were really nice and not only that but they could come the next day to fix what I needed to me fixed, but they could do the new installations the same day. The next day they came to my house and it didn’t take long at all. I was so impressed with the services and I thought that it was going to be expensive and it wasn’t. The repair was a success. When I was writing the check the man explained to me that they also had a lot of other services and I got very excited. I was like” better now than ever” I’m so glad that my friend recommended this company to me and that it was a job well done. I would 100% recommend this company. They did a wonderful job and I’m just so impressed with the services, the prices, and the results. They worked very hard and I can’t wait to share with my friends and family about this company and to spread the word.

Initially, I rated 1-star because its customer service makes you hate this company. But later the owner of this company called us about this review saying they dont deserve it. So I re-rated it 3-star, admitting that 1-star was a little emotional. Pros: - The quality of work looks good. I would give 4 or 5 star for this aspect. - Show up on time if they tell us they will show up, but they sometimes have problems with the schedule. Cons: - Uncertain schedule: Initially we were given an estimate that it was a 2-3 day work. On the 2nd day, we were told that they could not come on the 3rd day, then they came back 5 days later. - They took the room keys with them when they left on the 2nd day. I think if they know they will not come back the day after, they should leave the keys there or call us to pick up the keys, but they did not. - The customer service was not very polite/patient: we called them 3 times to ask for the keys, then the customer service started talking to us like we were annoying kids. I would give 2 star for this aspect. The overall is 3-star.

I have used Milton Electric for years to take care of my home. They always provide professional, quality work. All of the staff are so helpful. Today the electrician (Henry ) came to my home to do several lighting upgrades and to repair and add some electrical outlets. Henry got the job done in one day. He was so polite and efficient. He left everything tidy and I am again delighted with the service of this company. The thing I love best is that it is fantastic to find a company that I can trust do give me an honest and fair price and do a great job. I will be using Milton for all my house electrical needs because they do great work and I trust them.

When we moved into an older house in 2011, one of our first orders of business was to replace the unsafe electric panel and correct some other wiring issues. I was referred to Milton Electric by a friend who had had quite a bit of work done by them in the past and gave them a call. They were prompt, courteous, thorough, and fairly priced; excellent in every way. Not surprisingly, when we were ready to add some recessed lights and a ceiling fan, we called Milton Electric again to get the work done. Of all the work our fixer-upper has required, Milton Electric is one of the few specialists weve hired about whom weve had NO complaints whatsoever!!!

I started using Milton Electric when I needed purchased a home and wanted to add additional outlets in the home. I called Milton because their contact info is on the breaker box in the basement. The electricians did such an excellent job for a reasonable price, Ive called Milton multiple times to do electrical work for me as I remodel and update my home. No job is too large or small. Delano completed the most recent job for me. Im very pleased with the job he did and again, the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Milton Electric for any and all your electrical needs.

Milton electric has been my goto elictrical contractor for 10 years . The first job was adding electrical outlets in my garage ( 110 and 220). Second job was to replace my cat 5e ethernet with cat6 and expand from 6 to a 22 cable network. Each time the installers were professional and paid attention to detail. Steve and Chris were careful to label each run and leave the cable ends a little longer for me terminate in case of a punch down error. They left the job site clean. I am impressed with the professionalism of everyone at Milton Elextric.

We had the outlets and light switches in our entire house changed. It took two of them about 5 hours so Im glad we didnt attempt on our own! They were very professional, arrived on time and were courteous. They brought cloth boothies to wear over their shoes and would take them off and put back on when they went to their car to make sure they left our home clean. Weve decided we would hands down use them again for any electrical issue.

Thank you for the excellent work that was completed at my home today. The technician was Delano J. He knew exactly what was wrong with the outlet as soon as it was tested, and fixed it promptly. He was very polite, courteous and explained everything that had to be done to repair the problem. Milton Electric has done other electrical work in my home, and I am never dissatisfied with their work or workers.

Easy to book service visit; they gave me a 2 hour window and Shawn G. showed up right on time. He installed a new outdoor outlet in about an hour and a half for me and did a great job. Ive used Milton Electric before (also Shawn) to help do the wiring for a ceiling fan in a room with a 3-way switch; that job was also completed efficiently (less than an hour). Ill definitely use Milton Electric again.

So, I have had a flickering light for some time now. Have had a few electricians look at it and tell me it was because my house was old. I had Milton Electric out to run some electrical in our addition and while Henry was here I mentioned it to him. He took a look and in a few minutes had it apart. It has not flickered since! I highly recommend Milton Electric but ask for Henry!
