I contacted three separate vendors for a fence repair quote, and of the three only Mr. Handyman was willing to provide a quote/price range over the phone. Having received quotes for varying work projects in the past, I understand the risks involved in providing a quote for a project sight unseen. However, they provided a price range to cover the upper and lower end of the spectrum. They also offered an option to purchase the needed materials for my convenience - which I appreciated! Even though the initial appointment had to be rescheduled for the following day - due to unforeseen work commitments, the repairmen arrived promptly the next day, fully prepared to do the work. He kept me apprised of his schedule and any potential issues throughout the project. All in all, I am very satisfied with the quality of services received and at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to contract Mr. Handyman for future projects.

I called this company because I found their coupon for a free hour of work. From beginning to end, their service was outstanding and very professional. They gave me a date and time they would arrive, and they called ahead to confirm it. My handyman, Ken, arrived exactly on time at 8:00 a.m. I took him through the house and showed him what I wanted him to do. He prioritized my list by how long it would take him to complete each task, then got to work right away. I had a long list, and he completed everything in 4 hours. He made sure that I was happy with each job as he finished it. The day after they did the work, they e-mailed to ensure I was still happy, to see if I had any questions, etc. I was extremely impressed with them, and Im already putting my list together for the next time I ask them to come!

So my wife was out of town for a week, and i didnt tell her i was going to have any work done. I worked with Kevin, Ken, and Dennis at Mr Handyman to have this work done and it exceeded my expectations greatly!! And it was done in a day!! The testament from my wife says how awesome a job they did and i reap the rewards( wish i could include her reaction appropriately). Thank you guys for making me look like a superstar!! If you like duct tape and chewing gum, use these guys. Worst experience with a contractor in 20 years of home ownership and literally countless projects. For a full range of projects I attempted to use them for, they were pathetic in most every aspect. ALL projects had to be redone to an acceptable state. NOTHING was done to code that should have been. It was literally like dealing with children all the way from the call center, to the home business receptionists, the technicians, the managers, all the way up to the owner. I literally cannot believe they are in business. Most were pleasant and nice, but grossly incompetent. Dont be duped by their seemingly professional and pleasant talking - what really counts is the workmanship in the end.

We had a very positive experience with Mr Handyman of Anne Arundel and NE PG. When I called to get information on fees and services, the Mr Handyman policy was explained well. Making the appointment was problem free also. The service person was prompt, had good work ethic, spoke well of his co workers and staff and of other customers. When I told him what we needed to have installed or repaired, he explained in detail how he would do the work, was thorough at all jobs, and cleaned up completely. He respected me and our home. We are very happy with the work that was done for us. We would not hesitate to call Mr Handyman of Anne Arundel and NE PG again in the future.

Very happy with the work done by Mr. Handyman on the exterior of my house. I received a detailed estimate for the work and even very helpful suggestions on minimizing the total cost. On the day of the job, I received email alerts that the techs are on their way. They arrived on time, performed the work exactly how I wanted, and did it all within the time that was estimated originally. Everyone from Mr. Handyman that I dealt with for this job was courteous, professional and helpful. This is the third time we have used Mr. Handyman and as always, we were very pleased with the service. He arrived on time, listened to my list of tasks, and organized himself to accomplish everything. He was polite, neat, competent and friendly. I had identified a number of different tasks including installation of a new dining room light fixture, a new switch, installing a battery backup on our sump pump, weather stripping, cleaning the gutter, and more. He accomplished everything. Mr. Handyman is a great service. I heartily recommend them.

Everyone that I spoke with on the phone was friendly and professional; I received a reply during the night to an email that I sent late on a Saturday evening; my technician, Dennis was very professional, pleasant, thorough, and took the time to explain what he was doing. I give him all the credit in the world for not performing a task that I thought needed to be done, he could have just killed time and I wouldnt have known better. Theyre a little pricey but worth the extra. Highly recommended! I will use them again.

My wife now has something to safely hold on to and guide her down to the sidewalk and on return, back into the house. I was so afraid that she was going to fall. I am experiencing a leak in my attic and utility room due to incomplete install of my new roof. Mr. Handyman Tech Mark came out to inspect and informed me of the incomplete work done by the roofing company and was very helpful in providing me information to hold the company accountable. I am now in the process of trying to right a wrong. However, the analysis and photos Mark provided was very helpful and went beyond the call of duty. I really appreciated it.

Mr Handyman is in the process of finishing my 1300 square foot basement. They are always on time. They have done framing for my exterior walls and my new bathroom. They have drywalling including making bilk heads in several areas of the ceilng. I have had different workers at my house, Barry. Dennis ,Jim they are very professional and dedicated to their work.
