DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! I patronized this place once a week from October-March. Very often, they did not have a colorist available. Also, as my hair grew longer, they had the NERVE to begin charging me an extra 5.00 for a blow out. AND, as my processed hair grew out, they wanted to charge me 65 (instead of 35) for natural hair. The receptionist is extremely frumpy and rude. They only had one stylist available on Saturdays, which is the busiest day for Salons! They would have someone in training work on your hair, and if you werent satisfied, you were met with a smug, "Oh. Well, shes training so she has to learn". They had friends/favorites who would come in the shop and they would be offered refreshments, while other frequent customers were completely ignored. This place is awful! The service is appalling, and the blow outs are average at best. RUN!!

Ive been coming to this salon for almost 5 years and the shampoo experience is thee best . no long wait times and the work is amazing.. Ive grown to have a relationship with the lead stylist and owner Patricia and she taker her time with my hair and it is flawless every time . no complaints. Ive also had color in my hair done by the shop and it was so gorgeous. the hours of operation are so convenient for work life balance . I highly recommend this shop for your natural or relaxed hair care needs :)

I got here at 10am and its 1:30 right now all I wanted is a wash and blow out. Only 3 people ahead of me and its only 1 beautician here doing hair. Usually takes 1 hour period to do my hair (wash and blow dry)... never had to wait this long for no color or add ins anything. I may not be coming back although the end result like most Dominican hair salons is amazing. The wait time is ridiculous
