They do really good hair but are inconsistent with their prices. I was a loyal customer and came to them every couple of weeks to get my hair done but when I first started coming to them they charged me $35 dollars and all of the sudden they started charging me more and more everyday. I went today and the woman said it will be $50 dollars! All I get is wash blow dry and straightened. She said the reason was because my hair is long and natural. I just dont get how all of the sudden its $50 if that was the case I should have been getting charged $50 from the beginning. They are inconsistent and unprofessional. If all you care about is the job they do on your hair then cool but they will decide to switch the price up whenever they want. Today was my last day going there. I cant deal with people like that. I have never paid more than 35 dollars for my hair until I started coming here!

I have been going here once or twice a month for the last year or so. I am mixed and have very curly frizzy long hair and they cater their hair care to my type of hair. They also do an amazing job with all types of hair, I brought a friend with more course hair and she came out looking like me! Their garlic deep conditioner is amazing, the only thing I wish they did was the Dominican style silicone treatment! They dont try to over charge you especially if you have long hair max you pay is 5 bucks more compared to other salons who can charge upwards of 10 to 15 bucks more for extra length. Maggie who runs the front desk and overall salon is super friendly and helpful when communicating your needs to the ladies taking care of you. The salon is very clean and kept. Worth every penny!

I went this morning, got there around 11:30 I left about 3. I got the works I got color a relaxer a deep cut and a deep condition and style. I even got some pieces added. The salon was packed I suggest you get there when they open at 8 oclock so youre not there for 4 hours or longer. I paid $100 I dont know if I was overcharged I kind of feel like I was. All the stuff that they did maybe it was worth it I dont really know doesnt matter Im happy with my style. I do think theyre used to long hair I had to wait for Angie shes a beast! she got the style I wanted. The first girl was inexperienced and told me told me flat-out she couldnt do it. I dont understand why they put me under the dryer for a roller set, then blow dry. Kinda weird but my hair is bone straight.

The salon was ROBBED while my service was almost complete..just arrived to the 1st stylist chair by the door!! The owner and most of here stylist went into a locked room. They left me and 2 stylist to deal with the robbers demands. I was rob of my money of over ! $900 and the owner was very rude and didnt want to provide insurance information days later. She also disclosed that she had been robbed before. I had cash on my person because I do bail bonds. She had a sign requesting cash only due to her credit card machine not working. The next day when I went to speak to her a eviction sign was on her door for $10,500.00 and inside the establishment was a sign that they were now accepting credit cards. WOW!!! I also have proof of eviction sign etc. Smh BEWARE!!!

The wait is never too long, except on certain holidays like mothers day and Valentines day and also on Saturdays and Sundays from past experiences there. But even when I did have to wait over an hour or two, the result has always been worth it. The prices are very reasonable and worth every penny plus a decent tip and review on here. Miss Angie is great and so are all the other girls. I tried another Dominican shop on York road and the wait, quality, and authenticity of the shop was definitely a 2 star compared to this. If you are looking for quality, service and a great experience along with price definitely go to 2403 hilton St.

My daughter has natural long hair 18 inches or longer no chemicals I came to this salon for wash n curl ends clip then Shy decided to get flat iron --This was our first time there.I dont recall the stylist name but the sister did a great job to my daughters hair . It look absolutely gorgeous silky, soft with plenty of body.. Everyone was pleasant and polite-- no its not plush or upscale inside however when look at yourself in the mirror your going to be satisfied.!! We will be back again they deserve a 5 star. Thanks Again

I was greeted with a warm and friendly hello by the receptionist. I told her what I needed and she printed out my receipt and directed me to the hair wash area. The young lady who washed my hair was friendly and professional. Ive never had my hair washed so well by someone. The atmosphere is professional and friendly. Id reccomend you come to this salon and bring friends. My hair stylist, Angie took her time styling my hair and I was very satisfied with her service

I have to admit, I didnt think they could get my hair straight. I have super nappy hair I have to get a perm every 3-4weeks just to keep my hair straight. I always drive by this salon and the ladies I see coming out hair always look good. So one day I went in. I couldnt believe it my hair was bone straight and stay that way for almost 3 weeks and thats a plus plus for me hair.."I will continue to come here".

They lied to me about what was in the conditioner. There is some sort of chemical treatment to "straighten" your hair and they swear its not relaxer/perm, BUT IT IS. They mix small fractions of it into their "conditioner" to get your hair straighter for a "european aesthetic". Damaged my hair so badly I had to cut it all off and start over again because my curls no longer form. NEVER AGAIN.

Youre merely just a number to the stylist. Had a really bad experience here. Was a loyal customer up until about May 2013. My face was burned by a relaxer and they wouldnt take ownership of their mistake. They still wanted the full cost, $55 for my treatment. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Not to mention its always beyond crowded (1 hr 1/2 before even being washed).

I have a customer with them for seven years and I must say I love love love it there. I been natural ever since I been going here. I only let Angie do my hair but the other stylist do a good job to. Some days can be really crowded but you have to know the best times or days to go. I already recommended quite a few people here and they love it just as much as I do.

I loved it. I just looked up Dominican Hair in Baltimore and happen to come across them. I was please beyond belief. They were very nice, professional and courteous. My hair was straightened and remained that way through a night full of dance with just a wash, blow-dry and flatiron. No chemicals!! Will recommend to everyone!
