Worst haircut ever! Asked for a low 0 fade to a one and she basically just chopped the entire sides and back off. Very rude and blamed it on me saying I should have been clearer but most GOOD barbers I go to understand to blend it at the top. I felt like she rushed the entire haircut and nipped me a couple times because she was going so fast. At one point she was trimming my hair and was watching TV! Didnt bother to take her time at all. Regretting tipping her that $1. Worst part about it was that she didnt apologize and proceeded to give me attitude in broken english. Will never go back.

I had the worst haircut of my life at Federal Hill Barber Shop. I think the place changed hands recently the the current purported barbers are awful, at least the one who butchered my hair was. I would have cussed her out but my message wouldnt have gotten through because she speaks very little English. If you want cheap and fast and do not care about your appearance these people might work for you. But if you have a scintilla of self respect stay far away from Federal Hill Barber Shop. The positive reviews on this page must have been written the former proprietor was there.

Not sure how anyone would go to this place, its cheap ill give you that. Horrible customer service, literally have cuts all over my neck and face. The chinese lady does not know what shes doing and she cuts like shes in a hurry. Horrible cut, didnt even give me time to explain what I want just said "yes yes yes" like she somehow knows, then got annoyed when i kept trying to explain what to do.

This was a fast, high quality, barber-style cut for a bargain of $15. Needed a convenient, efficient barber in the downtown area, and this is it. No frills, just a great haircut at a great price. This will be my regular barber shop, and should work well for business people in the inner-harbor area who dont have a lot of time to spare at lunch. Just a short walk from downtown.

Ive been going here for 5 years. Still my favorite haircut place, logged in to check the hours because I now live in Rockville and still think even with the drive its worth it. They know me and the haircut I like. When I want to change it up I just tell them I want it a little longer or a little shorter and they get it just perfect.

took a while in baltimore to find 1) someone I like 2) someone cheap but not in the ghetto and 3) someone close...and Ive found all of that here. the womans quick, clean, precise, and even finishes by shaving your neck hairs with a fresh blade. cant beat it for $16

Was also visiting from out of town -- found this place on this website. Exactly what I was looking for. Easy to find, short wait, great haircut for $15. Convenient to downtown hotels ... only a few stops south of inner harbor on the Purple Circulator route.

It took me a long time, but I finally found a place in Baltimore that knew how to cut a guys hair. There isnt usually much of a wait and they work quickly. Just what you are looking for in a barber shop. Parking outside is also relatively pain-free.

Visiting from out of town and needed a quick, in-expensive haircut. Walked in w/ no appointment and got a buzz cut for $15. Probably the best, quickest haircut I've ever received.
