To expensive they have more smaller machines $3.50 than the medium $5.50 $5.75 for hot water large $7.00 $7.50 for hot water to dry you only receive 5 mins for 25 cents. Only 2 ppl in the staff are nice and helpful. This one man is ignorant and lazy he always has an attitude he allows ppl to sleep in the laundromat at night thats the time I go late night early morning so the scary individuals he allows in there makes me very uncomfortable and I never leave any belongings lying around the only reason they received 3 stars is simply because I like the 2 staff members service. If it was not for them they wld get 1 star

Usually plenty of open w/d. Open 24hrs. Totally convenient for those not on a traditional schedule like myself. You get the normal Bmore Local Fare. Dudes selling movies, music, even laundry supplies. Wacky? Yes. Oh did I mention the free WiFi? If what on the TVs throughout the laundrette Real housewives, family feud. Etc... It rocks. I am kind of a captive audience since I dont have w/d at my place. But as far as laundrettes. Not bad at all. An that do have bathrooms, vending machines,and change machines....

The only place I have had missing clothing when I got home after using their wash and fold service. Employees arent paid enough so they take what they want. I guess you get what you pay for. Charles Village Laundry is cheaper and they always return anything they get even if you leave something in your pockets. Though Spin cycle is fine and fast if you do it yourself. clean and comfortable as well. Dont trust them with wash and fold!

My favorite coin laundry place. Great employee, very friendly place. Very clean and high quality soap. Wash and fold is a dollar per pound and its the cheapest around. They do a very good job with wash and fold. very neat folding and i love how they very quick with the wash and fold. it only takes about two and a half hour for them to finish doing the laundry. very convenient and efficient Mamadou

Dropped off 40lbs of laundry and a set of brand new sheets, , returned home to no sheet in the bag I Called woman said she washed them and they were in there. Well needles to say I did not find them in my bag !!!!! no apologies or anything and on top of it could barley understood what she was saying. Very horrible Customer service

My experience today was excellent. Mr. Ricky (Rick) was extremely nice. It was clean and smelled so good (bleach). Ive never used a laundromat before today. Until I get a washer and dryer Ill continue to go to this location. I love how Dunkin Donuts is across the parking lot.

Best laundry service in the city, you go in do your laundry and roll out, its that simple....but for the LAZY ppl who complain about missing cloths by using the "wash and fold" services you got what you deserve, DO YOUR OWN LAUNDRY!!!!

I love this place. As a matter of fact, i came here today as well. Our apartment have a laundry facility, and i would ride my bike to use this place machines because they are very easy to use.

Great place to do your laundry as long as its in the evening. Any other time it seems to be a meeting place for people to watch "Love & Hip Hop" without end.

The place is decent, not exactly in a nice part of the neighborhood but good enough to do your laundry and fold at a cheap price. Upkeep is so-so.
