Ive never had a problem here and come often. This experience today had been the worse. The older ladies are disrespectful and plain mean. My washer stopped and she told me to deal with it, add more money, end of conversation. Her exact words. Than I told her its messed up she said " you people " think your entitled to everything and said she aint the one...... Its usually nice and cool in here, but today its 92 degrees out, and they have the air on 84. I asked for someone above her and she laughed. Ill rethink coming here.
