I had taken clothes there a few times, but was always underwhelmed by the results. Most definitely WAY overpriced, as you might imagine a Harbor East business to be. The only reason I kept going back was the convenience; I worked a block away at the time. The last straw came when I took a bunch of clothes there, including 3 ties, dress shirts, wool pants to be hemmed, the suit I wore to my wedding, and, upon return, it appeared that little if anything had been done to my clothes. Ties had been ironed but not cleaned; pants had been "cleaned" but not hemmed; and the stain on the cuff of my suit jacket that I had pointed out when I dropped it off had obviously not been touched. Since I didnt have time to inspect the clothes at pick up, I had to go back. No refund or discount offered, but at least they would try again. When I went back the third time, they said there wasnt anything the could do for the ties (whatever caused the stain, it was very light, but still no refund offered). I didnt realize until 2 weeks later (when I took the wrapping off the suit to wear it again) that the pants were missing. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Weve gotten pants hemmed here twice and each time theyve charged $20 and cut them too short and made the pant legs uneven. One of the salespeople is incredibly rude and unhelpful. When we tried to get a pair fixed, she told us to measure them ourselves or to come back another time when the tailor was there. Ive paid nearly half as much and gotten far better service at every other tailor Ive ever been to. Lets just say there wont be a third time.

Worst tailor/cleaner ive ever been too!!! first of all, everything is overpriced. anything you get cleaned will come back damaged or with missing buttons. Had jeans hemmed here..the WORST results..ruined a pair of expensive jeans...DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!

My clothes were stolen from Harbor East Cleaners - over $1500 worth of clothing lost without compensation from the business. Complaint has been filed with Maryland State Consumer Protection. Worst dry cleaner ever. One of the worst consumer experiences ever!

Lost my clothes but I was somewhat reimbursed though no where close to the actual value. Refund process took nearly 2 months. Generally overpriced, they pretty much get by based on the location.

Having been using this cleaners for a year now. Good service, easily accessible working downtown. Price is comparable and its family owned and operated... not a chain.
