At first, this company was great to deal with and always had everything done on time. Slowly, the employees became rude and nasty and just seemed miserable. About 2 months ago, they couldnt find half of my clothes and told me to "come back later". I tried to explain that I lived 35 minutes away and couldnt just "come back". I left and returned the next day. I spoke with Jason (a supposed manager/co-owner) and was credited back the cost of my order. This time, as I ALWAYS have, I used the "Drop in from 7-9am and done by 5pm" service. I asked my mother to stop for me and pick up the clothes and only half was done. She was told to come back at 6pm because that was the "ready time" but they hadnt changed the sign because they didnt "have the money". I called and spoke with Jason again. This time, he was as RUDE as his employees and told me that they changed the time from 5pm pick up to 6pm. I explained to him that no one ever told me the ready time changed and that I would like the cost of the unready order credited to my account. He told me that he refused to refund me any money and that if I wasnt happy, to never come back. THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME!!! REALLY? When the economy sucks and money/jobs are hard to come by, do you really think youre going to gain and keep business with that kind of rude and disrespectful behavior, from not only the employees, but the owner as well?? I called back, but was sent to voicemail several times. I kept calling and Jason finally answered. At this point I demanded my credit card information be deleted from the system and told him to expect a yelp review. SO RUDE!!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I also went to their website, where they advertise "Same day service. Drop in from 7-9am, ready by 5pm". This time, I called back and was pawned off to the other owner and was told they dont have a "guaranteed time" and that since they were cheaper than their competitors, they get more business, which makes it hard to give a time. So, after asking how they can advertise "same day service", I was hung up on again after also being told to not come back.These owners are RIDICULOUS!!!!

We have using them since they open. Have never had a problem and our items look great when you get them back. Have also used the Taylor they have on site and he does a fantastic job.
Good shirt laundry service however they will not answer their phones and the voice mail box is full-a sign that they do not want to talk to you. Less than stellar customer service.
They did a great job laundering my patchwork quilt and dry cleaning the down quilt. the price was really good and turn around time too.
