Ive been taking my dry cleaning here for years, YEARS, and never had a problem. Ive always been greeted with a smile and by name. My wife and I recently got married and I suggested that we take her gown there to be cleaned and repair the hem. BIG MISTAKE. They said they lost the dress on the phone, and when my wife went in to discuss the issue, they pulled the dress out from under a pile of dirty clothes. It had been a month. It was not clean, completely soiled, and not repaired. This is not only completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and wrong, but for someone to treat such an obviously valuable garment with utter disrespect completely boggles my mind. DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. STAY AWAY. Well be taking our business elsewhere.

I dropped of four curtain panels to be dry cleaned. Today I picked them up and was shocked by the price $100. The curtain were not heavy and upon inspection they were not even clean. I felt ripped off I could have bought new panels for $100. Years ago I had a table cloth dry-cleaned here and received it back all ripped apart. I do not recommend this place. Please bring your dry cleaning somewhere else.

Took some items here to be seen/repaired. They were supposed to call me about pricing a couple items. They never did, shouldve known to just pick up my items and not use their service from that point. Ruined my comforter, did the worst sewing job I have ever seen. A couple things I took for dry cleaning still smell. Awful sevice all around. Im going back for a refund.
