We are have now had two bad experiences with Value Cleaners. Last time we took dry cleaning and they lost our clothes and had to pay us for them after three months. This time my wife had a expensive faux fir coat dry cleaned. She talked to the attendant to make sure they knew it wasnt real fir and that they were confident they could clean it safely. The attendants quote was "I know, I know". We just picked up the coat and its ruined. The fir look is gone and now it looks like a bath mat. Their response was, that it was now clean. Thats true and that will be a good thing for whoever gets it at Goodwill because thats were its going. Were done doing business with Value Cleaners.

A bit of a language barrier. The clothes were not checked after being cleaned and had to be recleaned after I found spots. Not very proactive.

I took a bed comforter here to be cleaned. The clerk was very friendly and the price was less than expected.
