The very WORST billing department that youll ever deal with. Weve been cheated out of so much money. Theres no customer service- more like robbery. Good luck getting answers to any billing questions. Ive gotten the run around for 4 days now. Just plain ridiculous. No one knows anything. We were billed over $1000 for rental of uniforms that we dont even rent! We own them all! Just disgusting. The drivers are constantly charging for soaps and washes that are not being dropped off. They bring the invoice at the time of delivery without even knowing what will be picked up. Very poor system that they use. We wont be doing business with them ever again.

Unifirst always provides gift cards for thanks giving and a team building lunch for the holidays. For birthdays employees get the day off with a floating vacation day and all team partners with birthdays that month are recognized with a birthday cake in the commons. Unifirst awards the employee of the year on founders day, lunch is catered, and all team partners are brought together to revisit the core values Unifirst was built upon customer focus, respect for others, and commitment to quality.
