I just moved to Kingsville about a week ago and looked onlinw for a laundromat that was close to me..considering my daughter needed her laundry done and our washer and dryer has to be delivered. i read some reviews about this place and seamed to be an ok place give or take a few bad reviews. So I came on down to rry it out. The first thing I noticed that the place was pretty clean from the outside, I proceeded in to the only 10 washers they have and about 12 dryers. I loaded my cloths into the double washers and was having issues with the machin taking my quarters. I put in $2.25...it qoyldnt take my money...so the worker came and said you have to double that amount to $5.50, i said WHAT???? ARE YOU KIDDING ME...5 dollars amd fifty cents to do a load of laundry... UNBELIEVABLE...let me ad....NEVER Again. There was not much I could do at this point because I had already loaded 6 washers and put detergent and softner in....so all my cloths where done in the washer in about 35 minutes...pretty fast....So I went over to the dryers and there was only 1 dryer available at the time because the people that work there that where doing other peaoples laundry where taking all on them up...NOT COOL...The lady finally freed up some for me... So I asked how much are the dryers...She said 25cents for every five minutes....I was about to faint...Thia place is out of there mind. ITS NOT LIKE THEY HAVE BRAND NEW WASHERS AND DRYERS...THEY ARE LIKE 5O YEARS OLD... So after she freed up the dryers I went to clean out the lint catch...THEY WERE LOCKED...The lady said they clean them out like 3 times a day.... OH wow....really????? The one gentelman that was working, cleaned my dryer lint catch out of ally dryers... Let just say I will never return to this place and NEVER RECCOMEND TO ANYONE....Next time ill go to the one in essex on eastern avenue like I had to do a couple times before.. Save yourself some Money and headache

I have been up to the Fluf n Fold several times in the past few weeks, Dawn and Stephanie are great, cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. and I know it is hot outside but OMG it was 89 degrees in there today. I could not stay in there the whole time, I do not know how they work there all day in that awful heat!!. Something needs to be done about that. The service has been great, Ive just been using the washers, once there was some tech. difficulties the owner was there, I had to leave my two loads and they rewashed, dried and folded them for me and called me when they were ready(that was a treat for me) Please fix the temp. in there!!, PLEASE :)

$6.50 to wash a comforter was extremely high and its not like I could have put it in the (regular) wash if you want to call it that because that was so damn tiny you could only fit 3 pair of jeans for $2.50 and that would be a tight fit. They might do a great job washing and folding someones clothes for a price ( I wouldnt know) but its definetly not someplace I would frequent to wash my comforters again. You get more business lowering the wash by at least a damn dollar SMH

The man in charge of fluff and fold was very rude. He did not want to take responsibility for ruining my ties and pants. I had to take a loss for them being careless about my ties. Who in there right mind would wash any ties?!
