I am going to be honest. I am really disappointed. I have called for two weeks now. I recently moved into a new place, and at first, I received my mail. Then, I received nothing, and one of my best friends tried to send me not one but TWO wedding invites. When I called, the person picked up and seemed angry. She did not even identify her name or location. I asked if this was the post office because I was hoping I had the wrong number. I was hoping I had accidentally phoned a disgruntled old lady in a shoe. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and she told me the person who does my route was not there so there was nothing she could do. She told me to call back another time. She did not want my number to speak to her supervisor to call me back and have the matter resolved. After being brushed off a few more times within that week, I call the next week. This time I speak to a gentleman. Once again, no one asks me my name, and he tells me that I need to call in the morning because the woman who does my route moves quick so I need to call earlier. Unforunately, this was the best out of all the service I was given here. So, I oblige and call the next morning, and I am told oh yeah you are the person who has been sending an invitation...Nope, thats not me. He says okay I will see whats going on and have it resolved. I asked, "Do you want my number to call me back?" He was not interested, and he did not even want to know my name. I gave him my number anyway. I really am bummed because I am trying to chase this mail down. It would be different if I never received any mail to begin with. I paid for my address to change on my license and everything. I followed all of the steps. For me, it is common sense to be courteous and move with a sense of urgency about any customer. Every customer matters. If you do not feel that way, then please remove yourself from the position and work with the seven dwarfs as "Grumpys" understudy or shadow! Grrrrrrrr

Horrible people. Went to the counter because I received a notice in my post office box that I had a large package being held, and it would not fit in the PO Box. While I was picking up my package I asked Modanna at the front counter to get my mail from the back, since I forgot my post office box key. I did not want to have to make a separate trip, and since I was already there Id figure Id kill two birds with one stone. When I asked this employee, so proceeded to say " No I will not get your mail." I replied "Really?" Her response was "Yes, you have a key dont you?" I said " Yes, but I forgot my key, and would like to get my mail since Im already here, is it that big of a deal?" She said "Yes it is! Its that big of a deal! Let me see some ID" I showed her my ID. She comes back with my mail and package, and I ask her, her name. I followed up by making a complaint with the supervisor, why? She is the type of person that would be the first person to complain if roles were reversed. Never before have I had a problem with another employee, and this type of issue. I have had a PO box at this office for probably about 2 years, and maybe have went to the counter 6 times? To ask for my mail. No wonder this place has a 1.8 star review.

Mail is often delivered to the incorrect address. I had a recent order that had to be picked up because part of the order was left at the post office. Some of the inside staff are unprofessional. The previous post was posted three months ago. Today, February 28,2016, I had a message that my package was delivered. However, it was no there. I called the post office and was told to sit tight and the carrier would be contacted. I waited twenty minutes and called back. The lady told me that the carrier did not follow directions and placed the package in my mailbox rather than knock on the door. I cant understand why this post office continues to perform inadequately without improvements being made. This is my second post.

If you schedule an appointment with these people, make sure you follow up with them every step of the way. Otherwise, find another post office. They have a really stinky attitude and the worst customer service. You also need to be outspoken as well if not, they are ready to roast you!!!!!! I was given an appointment for my passport. Haven called off work, i called to confirm the time and was told i had no appointment. I was shocked when the lady said I had the days confused. No apologies whatsoever!!!. All the while i kindly asked if i could get another date and she pretty much said it was impossible. It seems as though they are been forced to work there. Please save yourself the trouble and skip to the next postal office.

Usually okay, as okay as post office visits go...but I went there a few months ago and was waiting in line. I figured Id be attentive and go to the next open register before they had to call for me. I get up there and the employee says, "I was about to go on break, and now YOU show up." Like...really? I didnt even know what to say. I just proceeded with the transaction since I didnt want to be a wussy but I also didnt want to get my mail jacked up or something like that...kind of like how you never insult the wait staff at a restaurant unless you want some "floor spice" added to your food. Definitely one of the rudest experiences Ive had at a "business establishment."

Almost positive someone at this post office is a thief. Ive sent out 3 Packages through this post office that have been stolen. Each time I get a ripped up package sent back to me from the sorting facility it is supposed to go to after the bel air office. Clearly someone is stealing my goods and then sending them out as if it was stolen somewhere along the way. Or they will try to tell you it is "Lost". Do not use this post office.

I ordered a bunch of large packages that needed to be signed for. Unfortunately, I wasnt home when they were delivered. I went to the PO a few days later to pick them up, and the gentlemen helping me was kind enough to load them onto a cart, wheel them out to my truck, and help us load the truck. He went above and beyond for me! (Sadly, we were missing 2 packages in the group, which USPS is now trying to find, but not his fault!)

Horrible customer service. The lady started texting while helping me. When I asked a simple question, I was pretty much called dumb. They constantly discussing the customers, their cars, appearance, etc. 2 out of 3 ladies who work there giving the attitude all the time, and acting like I am bothering them. Hey! I just need to send my mail
