I gave it only 3 stars because of lack of help. There is no reason why they are always short handed and the faithful folks who are there are doing their best to do a great job! I dont know how they can keep smiling after all the cruel things people say to them complaining. Its equipment is up to par and you can have a PO box or do whatever without standing in line. But when they get a business owner with over 100 packages to ship and each one has to be weighed and scanned and put back and theres 20 people lined up out the door its Just A Little Difficult! To watch when you only have one package and theres people who want to apply for passports, get stamps, mail that was held back, certified letters... Geez Louise! Id say the best time to go there would be in the middle of the night but that same one woman would probably still be the only one behind the counter haha

I literally called this post office for 4 hours straight before i got someone to answer the phone. the 2nd day took me 3 hours to get someone to answer! and when they finally did answer...i got put on hold for another 45 minutes! thank god this isnt my post office. my package got delivered there by mistake. if i had to deal with this post office everyday i would go POSTAL! Mike and Ryan are the only ones who are willing to help! Mike and Ryan NEED a raise ASAP!!!

Never in my life have I dealt with a post office that is so disorganized. They failed to deliver my package for two days, and when I went to call, I got an automated message saying the call could not be completed as dialed. I went to the office and they couldnt find it! Now Im out the cost of the item, and cant contact the office to file a missing item case. Get your stuff together!

This post office is the worst post office ever exist terrible customer services them front desk clerk are rude. The phone line not one care to answer neither the hotline to report a bad services. After two trip to the post office the clerk refused to give me my package that have my name with my address and Provide tracking # and ID.

Their phones are often down. Their website says their "hours may vary" and when you do get there you wait in a long line watching the tellers move at the speed of smell and then have to argue with them to go find your package in the back. What would it be like if every company ran its business like this?

Terrible phone service push any button and no one answers then the phone systems disconnect the caller. Post man lost the key for the secure front door and I cant contact the Post office to resolve. Only gave them one star because this review required at least one star to post

They said said things were tried to be delivered with regular mail said they tried at 1030am on 4/29 said business closed we are a nursing home at 1230pm mail delivered including packages big and small what happened at 1030am I hate Being lied to

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Rudest clerks you will ever meet. Upon my experience at this post office i decided to drop all my business with USPS and go with UPS for all my mailing needs.

Ive always had a good experience here. The lines are sometimes long, but then again there are usually two clerks. Just gotta know when its the best time to go.
