I am so sick of the carrier for Olive Branch (Green Lakes). Today I received a package I had been anxiously awaiting. It was packaged so as not to be damaged but the mailman folded it and squeezed it in my mailbox and damaged my book. This has happened at least four other times. It is impossible to talk to anyone in the post office by phone. If he is too lazy to leave it on my porch then leave a note and I will gladly pick my package up at the PO. Anything is better than having my books damaged. I paid good money for this book and now it is damaged because of his inconsideration. No wonder everyone is so unhappy with the USPS.

Clerk was pleasant to other customers but rude to be me because she felt that I was using more tape than I should be to seal a box. Ive learned from experience that when a box is going downrange (Afganistan or Iraq) that it needs to be secure. I was trying to explain that to her and she was interrupting me with smart comments. Next time I will bring my own tape since the tape at the post office seems to be coming from the clerks personal stash.

The workers here need to take courses in customer service. Had a package that needed to be sent off and already had the sticker it just wouldnt fit in the drop box. When I got to the door it was slammed in my face and locked by an older black woman and as she was turning the key with me standing there in shock she starts laughing and talking to whomever else was in the office. Completely uncalled for.

The worst post office ever! They dont even deserve one star. The workers are extremely rude, they dont smile, and they even told me they dont care about my shipping issue! I wish I wouldve remembered the specific employees name so I could help others avoid this lady. She seemed to be extremely rascist againt every other race except african americans! NEVER GO HERE! STAY AWAY

THE WORKERS ARE VERY RUDE. ESPECIALLY THE OLD BLACK TALL LADY THAT WORKS IN THE FRONT. SHE HUNG UP ON ME THE OTHER DAY. THEY ARE VERY INCONVENIENT. THEY SUPPOSED TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE TODAY, THEY PUT A NOTE IN MY MAILBOX & NEVER DELIVERED MY PACKAGE. THEN WHEN YOU CALL THE POST OFFICE ON CHOWAN DRIVE THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE ON PURPOSE.

Ha! I dont even want to give them 1 star. The lady there with the gold tooth is the most rude person I have ever met in my entire life. Completely unbelievable. I have filed many surveys against this post office and they dont seem to care. Will never visit here again.
