Lately I have great problems with parcel delivery. They leave the package right at my driveway, instead of putting it on the front porch like they used to do. So when it rains I get a soaked mess. Are they just too lazy? Also, I tried to call them for half an hour on the phone number listed on their website, NO ANSWER!

Everyone here is so nice and friendly! I waited in line for about half an hour because of the holiday rush, and when I got to the front of the line, Dennis was so sweet and helpful even after a long day of working with countless harried people trying to send their packages. Several times now the tracking information says "out for delivery" but I dont receive my package that day. Do they leave the mail in the truck? How is out for delivery for more than one day? It cant be that hard...
