The owner is rude! They all are!! I ship 25,000 in postal service a year. I pay there salary and they never pick up my boxes! Its a constant fight with them! I own a business and they make me look bad! I leave notes on my mailbox telling them to ring my doorbell for pick up and they disregard the note. They always complain about scanning my boxes. Its your job. I even go out and of my way to help them put boxes in the van. Today they did my street first in the morning b4 I could put out a note. Im gonna find a number to report them.

Absolutely the worst Postal Service Ive ever experienced. Ive had multiple occasions where my neighbors received my mail, meanwhile I get theirs-its not hard to identify numbers to match with doors. Then theres the issue of how I continue to receive mail for people who havent lived here in this apartment for at least 30 years, one time including ALL of what I can only assume were the paychecks for the employees of Tri County Construction!!!

Rudest ppl on the planet. They had an attitude bc I used the wrong envelope and had the audacity to ask which one I SHOULD use. (Sorry I dont work there, how should I know!) Then the guy rolled his eyes and huffed at me bc I gave him someones credit card I found left on the packaging station. Sorry, I didnt realize it was so rude to turn some es card in for them! Geeze!

Just like others, my mail has heen delivered to the neighbors. Ive been at the same address for almost 6 years and consistently get mail for former residents. My carrier is very nice but the man taking packages at the counter can be rude.Also, when looking up the hours, its misleading to say theyre open 24 hrs hecause theyre not!

Ordered a birthday gift and had it shipped 2 days. Waited all day. Tracking said left for delivery at 11:00am. Waited and waited. Left the house for 10 minutes and got a email that they attempted to deliver at 6:00pm. This happens all the time. This post office is the biggest joke.

My mail keeps going to the neighbors or i keep getting theirs. How hard is it to match up numbers!? I keep calling the post office but theres never any answer and they have the answering machine disconnected! How unprofessional! And we have to trust these people with our mail!?

The carriers keep putting my mail in my neighbors box and my neighbors continue to get mail for people that havent lived there for years. No amount of phone calls or talking to the carriers has fixed this issue, now going on three years of it.

I left my boxes in the back for the post office to scan. They wanted that never scanning the packages in and I almost lost a bunch of money due to mail theft. Dont bother going to this place. Management is unprofessional and rude.

Awful. I had a PO Box there that I never got mail and lost mail to because they still had it assigned to the prior owner. Short staffed, rude, and very inefficient.
