This is the worst post office by far I have dealt with! Unfortunately, I live in the zone covered by it and I am stuck with them. My mail carrier had a package for me that said my name and address that he kept failing to give me! By the time I actually met him face to face to ask him about it, he was like oh this? The only thing missing was my apartment letter, but had my full name! The package was soaked wet, and almost leaking its contents! As if that isnt enough, recently I have been waiting for important time sensitive documents, and they just didnt arrive. My neighbor who was out of town, gave them to me, they had been in his box for over 3 weeks! How is a person supposed to go about dealing with these people? There isnt a supervisor or anyone in charge to complain to! I cant wait to move!

I had a package originally scheduled for delivery on January 26, 2016, but there was a big blizzard that had delayed delivery. That I understand. My package arrived at my local post office at 8:19am on the (newly) scheduled delivery day, which is January 28, 2016. At 9:30am sorting was complete, and at 9:40am it was out for delivery. It is now 4:34pm on January 28, 2016 and my package is not here. I went down to my mailbox, and the result was the same. I would like to know the whereabouts of my package.

The female supervisor is very rude and unprofessional. I called to get information on why my package kept being forwarded from the post office. I was became frustrated with her not giving me any information after waiting 20 days and she got an attitude with me. When I asked for her name she hung up on me and did something to the phone where, when I call now it is always busy. The worst experience ever. Wish I could give a 0 rating.

They lost my package that had been delivered to them by UPS. Seriously, how do you do that?! It was a valentines day gift worth around $500. This was for their new service to get around PO Box shipping limitations that some vendors have. When I asked for help, the only employee that seems to know what is going on could only say it wasnt their problem. Avoid this branch if at all possible!

They lost/mis-delivered a package of mine on January 3rd when a alternate to the usual mailperson was delivering and they said it was delivered, but I had been socializing with neighbors in the lobby when they said it was delivered, and when I told them this they called me a liar. I dont know if they are thieves or just willfully negligent, but I wouldnt trust them with anything important.

My visit made me so angry I want to do petty annoying vandalism and just wait for the cops to show up. Perhaps then, I could feel like my message would make a difference. I run a business and ship large volumes for a living. People who provide insulting customer service hurt everyone around them. Unacceptable and unfortunately thats the norm around here. What a waste of resources

Every time I get a package delivered the carrier stands at the top of the steps and throws the package to my door. I asked the carrier to stop before and filed a complaint but it has started again. Whos going to pay to replace the contents of my package when its broken from mishandling. The Carrier would not like it if the shoe was on the other foot.

Instead of going to the front door, theyll just leave a slip in the mailbox saying attempted delivery unsuccessful. Someone is always home, dont LIE and say you attempted delivery when you didnt. Are the carriers that lazy , that they cant DRIVE up the driveway and knock on our door?

The office itself is staffed by a team of people who are rude. If they worked in the private sector, none would have a job. The couriers are even worse. I consistently get mail for not only my immediate neighbors, but for people with the same house number several streets over.

Im sick of these lazy post workers! I had three packages that was suppose to be delivered today. They left a letter saying delivery unsuccessful. The person never even knocked at my door!! They were to lazy to walk down 7 steps to give me my stuff. I hate that place!

I like this post office. They get busy during the usual holidays but stay open during the afternoon so you can get your packages out. They also acknowledge you! Good staff. They were helpful to everyone there in the middle of the day!

I was in the living room and could hear them putting the mail in the boxes but never came to my door to deliver the certified mail. Now, I have to chase them down. Im a senior and not happy with their service, I miss my old Postman!

Came home to find a notice that they wouldnt deliver my package because its "too heavy". Why would they accept it from the Shipper then? Maybe they shouldve just written "too lazy"...that wouldve been more accurate.
