This is the WORST post office Ive ever dealt with. I went in and filled out a request to get my mail key for my new apartment. I was told it would be ready by that Friday. So I went in on Friday afternoon and they said the guy never actually filed the slip with my information on it, and that if I came back in on Saturday they would have it ready. So I came in on Saturday and they said he couldnt get to it and that id have to try back on Tuesday. So I came in on Tuesday morning and they told me he was there with my slip making it now. So I came back later that afternoon and was told by someone else that he never got it because he got called somewhere else, and they would have it Wednesday. I just got off the phone with them, and the lady was extremely rude and short. she put me on hold before I even had time to finish giving her my address, and apt number. When she came back I told her and she cut me off again. The whole time she said 5 words and they were all very short, and with an attitude. Every time I go in there the people are very short with me and pass an attitude as if its not their jobs to do what I am asking. I wish I could leave no stars for this place. They havent been helpful at all and.

If I can give half a star I would. People can say what they want about dealing with rude people and so its not staff fault for arguments but I experienced first hand how rude they can be and unhelpful for someone who is not a regular there or havent really sent packages. The lady had an attitude as soon as I walked up and tried belittling me through the whole process. I didnt take the box because I didnt know if they need to inspect but I didnt know because she didnt say anything then after taping I wrote the address and I commented that I thought they made labels, she told me thats only for priority mail but you didnt want to pay more money for it out loud I. Front of everybody to attempt to embarrass me. I said I didnt know. I honestly didnt need priority. She tells me I could put insurance on it but I to have receipts to prove the value, dont know if thats true or not. Now Im not sure if my package will make it to its destination in one piece. So basically if your not a regular or doing something basic they will not be above and beyond or helpful. You will get bare basic service so you will get out.

The clerks here are very kind and knowledgeable, and they have to deal with a lot of nasty people who dont want to listen. I came in the other day and a gentleman was arguing with the young man because he wouldnt tape his box and told him to step to side and finish getting ready and he would take him right back. The gentleman held up the line for 20 mins berating the clerk essentially because he couldnt get his way and to add insult to injury his next customer was having issues with mail delivery and yelling at him like he had anything to do with it, he doesnt deliver the mail he wouldnt know why your carrier did or did not do something so again there was no need to yell and berate him for something that was out of his control. I think we can all have better experiences at the Post Office if we just listen to what they tell us to do. Its their job and they are only trying to help. I can only imagine what they have to go through daily from irrational customers and people wonder why postal employees are so grumpy.

This is the worst post office Ive ever dealt with. First of all we were told we were going to get our mail box key after a week, it ended up being over a month and they didnt hold our mail for us. Then I was supposed to have a package here over a week ago but instead of delivering it they just kept saying it was undeliverable as addressed (even though I was home every single time they supposedly tried to deliver it.) and when we go to the post office to ask about it they say they dont have it and dont know where it is. Then I get an email this morning saying that yesterday the package was returned to sender because "addressee was unknown". These people are lazy and not helpful at all. I really dont know how any of them still have their jobs because its clear they dont know what theyre doing.

Called to make an appointment to get a passport. She said there wasnt anything available until after the 25th so I asked for next Thursday (the 27th). She immediately said "no". I said "Im sorry?" She said "no." I said "theres nothing available for that day?" She said "No." I continued with "Ok, because I swore that was after the 25th..." She told me to hold on then came back saying it was available and rudely asked what time. I then asked her what was available and that my husband was also coming and asked if we needed a separate appointment time for him or not. In which she interrupted me while I was asking this and said he needed another appointment. She then ended the call with "Dont be late". Rudest 3 minute conversation ever.

First off, they dont have the competence to deliver packages on time, they just say the address is wrong because they are lazy. Upon going to the local office and inquiring about an "un-deliverable" parcel and its location, the woman helping me looked at the tracking timeline from my smart phone and LITERALLY said "oh dat aint us", referring to the "Out for Delivery by U.S. Postal Service". To which i replied, "if you are not the U.S. Postal Service, then who is?" They told me my package is probably out for delivery again today and they could not locate it in the office. The most useless and ignorant group of postal workers I have every met.

This review is related to "home" delivery service. On 9/20/1017, I placed 2 items of outgoing mail properly addressed and with proper stamp in the usual place under my Post Office box. Been living at this address for over 30+ years. and this is the 4th time the person delivering mail has failed to take the letters for USPS processing. Wonder if the delivery person is the one who ask me ""what is the matter are you to lazy to take your outgoing mail to the Post Office?" It has been my impression along with many others, that the person delivering mail to a residence is supposed to pick up any obvious outgoing mail.

This post office really sucks and it makes me regret the day I moved in my new place they need to replace everyone that works there with new and competent people the management really needs to be replaced like last month I dont get my mail at all some times or its going to someone else apt they never answer the phone because they know people call and complain about there crap I want to brake my lease just to get out of there mailing area something needs to be done about these lazy incompetent fools cuz they stay screwing up peoples mail how would they like it done to them
