Mail delivery is top notch and the tellers are adequate, though always in a rush (definite staffing issues). In 16 years of dealing with the post office itself I may have, on average, one problem a year (I average three visits a week thanks to my modest eBay sales). The reason for the one star is because when a problem arises it NEVER gets solved without jumping through hoops that were unnecessary in the first place (and that is for the few that actually get solved). My latest dealt with a "supervisor" (in title only, nothing "super" about her) named Jessica. By practice I always am willing to let the front line help but as mentioned before they are busy with other customers and in fairness to them I rather not tie them up. Jessica is by far the rudest, most impatient (expletive deleted) person that I have met and has no business dealing with the public. Free hint to you Jessica - dont rush the customer, actually listen to them the first time rather than argue and miss a detail that would make the argument unnecessary. If she did that, a ten minute call would end in two minutes tops and this review would be non existent or a five star (which I would reserve to the delivery people).

I came in and took 6 boxes of fix rate priority mail and an older lady who happen to be African American kind of heavy weight walk slowly told me that I couldnt take those boxes, and that she needed it. she told me hat I need to go online and order from there "its free", not to mention that she shouted over the counter where she stand while helping a customer. I was very embarrass with the way she responded. in the end she let me keep 5 and had to put one back " she remind me to get it from online should I need more boxes.

Went to walk in at 4:58 and the lady already locked the door . I know they dont close till 5 pm .. all I needed was to mail one price of mail ... argued with the worker who locked the door at 4:58 and she stated her clock said 5 pm .. I obviously told her that her clock was wrong and that is horrible customer service .. yes I get it I was cutting it close to time , but I was coming from work and did my best to arrive by 5pm .. if I was there at 5:02 pm I would have turned around and admit fault.

To the person that left the last posting. For you to say black people work there need I say more doesnt make any sense. The united states is run by a black man and hes doing a good job. Need I say more. Ignorance comes in different shapes and colors not one. So you need to check yourself and stand correct.

Send out packages often from the Golden Ring location and love the ladies up front but everytime Ive dealt with the supervisor she is extremely unprofessional and rude. Whats the deal with most post office workers being angry all the time just like the department of motor vehicle employees.

Over all very good experience. The reason I dropped 1 star is because of the lack of help that the workers have. At times it can get very busy and slow and it can be frustrating to both customers and workers alike. I can see that the problem is not with the staff but with the higher-ups.

JoAnne was very rude and disrespectful when processing my passport application. She acted as if she was annoyed and my snapped my passport picture without even showing it to me and it turned out horrible. And then questioned why havent I changed my last name yet. Very unprofessional.

I have never had any problems with my mail delivery or customer service at the Rosedale USPS. They do a great job in my humble opinion and I have always been treated with dignity and respect.

I love this post office! The staff is always professional and fast. I had to mail over 100 envelops for my wedding and Annie was so patient and amazing in helping me and my family :)
