Our mail person cant seem to put the correct mail in each mailbox. Weve received our neighbors estate information, bills, and insurance information. Theyve received our bills and other extremely important documents. And we have had important parcels in the mail go "missing" regularly. Today was the last straw for me, they claimed a package was delivered and placed into my mailbox on Saturday when it was not delivered. I checked well after the time stamp that they had provided me. When I called to file a complaint regarding it I received a large amount of disrespect and overall lack of concern for my delivery. I then received a phone call back after he spoke with the mail person claiming that it was delivered and I was essentially "crazy" for not seeing it. I am currently researching other ways to receive my mail because I am so infuriated with the awful manner in which these important items are handled.

The entire staff at the Hampstead post office went above and beyond. My fiance and I were getting passports and they took the time to make sure everything was exactly how it should be. All of the employees working that day were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have no doubt everything was done properly, and I really enjoyed the experience and interaction with the staff. They take customer service to the next level. Great Work!!

I was told by the Hampstead postmaster several years ago that I Live on an arternet mail route which means that different people deliver my mail. That is why my mail delivery is not always reliable. I receive my neighbors mail and they receive mine. This is not good. Why cant this be fixed? I do not like the ideal that someone might get my mail by mistake. This is serious.

Service and staff is nice other than John every time you call with a question he has a rude attitude and does not like to answer questions which I find it very disrespectful considering your line of work if you do not like your job then find a new one

Very rude employees. ..never before have I ever had a post office tell me that im not allowed to pick my. My mail up...no other post office that I have ever been to has complained about picking mail up.so ill be complaining to headquarters.
