There are several other locations that are close enough and worth the drive to avoid the extremely rude and unpleasant few that work here. It is never ok for an employee ANYWHERE to yell at a customer especially if it is answering questions well within their job description. I asked 3 simple shipping questions about sending different package types to an FPO address. I only asked these questions to ensure my husband received the package and there were no restriction I wasnt aware of. With each question I asked the man working behind the counter (a middle aged African American man) raised his voice more and more as if getting onto a disobedient child. He spoke snarky and sarcastically to me. I have never been treated this way ever in any customer service setting. I have visited here 4 times and only 1 of those times did I get talked to with any sort of common courtesy. Definitely dont recommend.

This office has to be the worst post office in the US system. Clerks are rude, act like they have a chip on their shoulder, and are inconsiderate of customers waiting. On Sept. 6 I went to mail a package. There were people in front of me and behind. The clerk finished waiting on a customer, ignored the line and discussed his political viewpoints. He continued to talk until I interrupted him asking him to take care of those in line. He said he was talking to a customer and it was none of my business. First class jerk!

Wow, they are so rude. Dont work in customer service if youre going to be rude whether you are happy with your job or not or having a bad day or not. All of the people who work there except for one lady that Ive met have been nasty and rude to me. Seriously a shame that I have to drive 15 mins out of the way to go to another post office to get great service. now I see why people say dont go to this ghetto post office, get it together and learn better customer service skills. Every single one of you.

I have a package scheduled for pick up from my home. I even had a confirmation number ready for the mail man to come by. I had someone home waiting on the mail man to pick up my package while I was at work and he NEVER showed up. The next morning I received an email stating that they successfully completed my pick up when my package was still in my possession. The phone they have listed is connected to a fax machine not an actual phone.

Personally dropped 2 bills to local utilities inside this PO in past 6 mos. but hey never reached the mailing address. Counter Clerks and the so called Postmaster were totally indifferent to this. Dont use this PO!! Zero customer service, staff incompetent, indifferent to customer complaints. Copy to USPS Postmaster General.

Depending on the staff the experience can be a good one. One of the ladies always helps me to find the best postage and how to better pack my items.
