This USPS location is my favorite and I drive a little bit further from where I live just to go here. The workers are always so nice and helpful (especially John!) and Im always able to get in and out of here pretty quickly. Its clean, always well-stocked with various shipping labels and boxes plus, Im always able to get help whenever I need it or have a question about something. Ive witnessed some pretty clueless and/or difficult customers (the ones in line in front of you who get to the counter and havent prepared anything necessary or filled out even the most basic or correct forms, adhered to simple packaging instructions or restrictions, etc) and the employees are always so patient and nice when accommodating them. Everything you need to know is posted in plain view and if you arent sure about something while youre there or in line, theres always an employee who is ready to help with explaining things before you get to the counter. Ive dealt with some pretty frustrating and downright dysfunctional postal office locations in my life and honestly, this one is a breath of fresh air. Plus, the parking lot makes it easy to zip in and out with ease.

I am absolutely floored by the manager "J" and the staff at Glen Eagle P.O. They went well and above the call of duty this evening. I ordered two Halloween costumes and the store where I purchased them shipped one outfit and then shipped the other several days later by mail and not the original private shipper as previously arranged. I was unable to halt or re-route the package from the comany I purchased. Now one of the identical twins had a costume while the other did not what was I to do? J and her staff stayed late looking for the package so my son could wear his costume to his school parade and party. We had left the P.O. thinking it was a lost cause but they called while we were on our way home told us they had found it and stayed even later while we drove back to pick up the package. THEY SAVED HALLOWEEN! Words alone cannot express my gratitude. Truly above and beyond call. While it may seem like there is a post office on every corner, I will go out of my way to use Glen Eagle P.O. Top notch carriers and people. Thank you again! Instead of tears of dissapointment you have tears of joy.

The manage was rude and condescending. I did not know how the package was shipped and she told me that everyone should know how the post system works or youre dumb. she made me cry and was rude and nasty. I will never in my life let that woman speak to me again in that manner. She should not be allowed to speak to customers that way and be ok with it. When she finally told me she would give me my package, I went after hours and there were people eating McDonalds and laughing like this was some joke. Working in the customer service industry, I know the customer is always right and no one should be treated like this. She should be ashamed of herself for her manner of handling situations.

One of the couriers that works for this office delivered my ID to the wrong address and let a complete stranger sign for it. When I talked to them about it they obviously couldnt do anything about it except "talk to the employee" and then have yet to get back to me so now I have to continue to hound them for some resolution when someone else has my drivers license and information because their employee was so careless. And now I must pay for a duplicate ID and do not have a valid one until then. USPS claims service wont even accept a claim because it "says on the tracking that it was delivered" even though the signature is not mine or anyone else that I know. Unbelievable.

They are great to deal with when their regular people are working, but if you have a substitute mail carrier good luck getting your packages and customer service is evasive in answering your questions. Waited all day for a package that was "sorted at 7:36" and "out for delivery at 7:46: this morning. Then you deal with people that dont want to do more work than they have to. Tried to pick it up at the post office and told no.

Worst post office ever. They regular either steal or deliver packages to my complex. My packages with tracking were not received 3 times when it was "delivered" . Out of the three only once was it found after I filed a claim, a notice of delivery slip conveniently showed up in my mailbox which makes no sense since the parcel fits in the parcel box below.. They are the worst.

Once again, Im not getting my mail. And it isnt just me, its the rest of the neighborhood as well. Also, theyre delivering mail to the wrong houses, saying packages were dropped off when they werent, etc. It seems suspicious to me, considering what the other Baltimore County postal worker was just indicted on last year...

I would like to thank Tamica at the Loch Raven P.O. She was very helpful when a pkg was returned from CA due to the label being damaged. After several attempts to contact someone at that office ( who didnt hang up on me or leave me on hold) she was very efficient, polite, and knowledgeable.

The Glen Eagles PO is an average PO. There are foreign POs that do things better I was in Bulgaria when it was communist. The trolleys in Sofiya had mail boxes. Mail was collected and brought to the PO at no cost by electrical vehicles!

Wont take responsibility of my package was stolen. Bad altitude towards customer. Said if i say one more word about my package, they gonna call the police. Becaus it is not their fault an i am harassing them. Ridiculous, unbelievle.
