WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ..EVER! I recently went there to drop off a package (for my PoshMark online business) while taking my toddler out for a walk. The "boss" lady thats usually seated by the first counter refused to accept it because I used a "Flat Rate" box. I tried to explain to her that I was only reusing a box from my previous order, but she got up and walked away. Then I went to the guy named Rodney by the 2nd counter and ask him if he would accept it. Instead of suggesting a solution/compromise, he responded with unwarranted statements and humiliated me in front of other customers and my toddler in tow! Thats DISCRIMINATION in broad daylight. I reported my case to 1-800-ASK-USPS. I hope they will re-assign those two BULLIES coz theyre giving a bad rep to USPS.

It is as if I live in an alternate universe from the commenter that gave this office a bad one star review. I go to this Post Office all the time since it is so close to my home in Down Town, Towson Town Center. I have never known the people at this office to be anything but the kindest most helpful people anywhere. These postal employees are nothing if not the very best at meeting customer needs. I get money orders, express mail and priority mail without issue. I get stamps and everything without a hint of disrespect or negative behaviors. Im about to run over for a Money Order right now and I know when I get there I will be dealt with in a professional caring way, thats the only way they do things at least in my experience.

Dont go there unless you know exactly what you want or do and then just go there to do it and get out. There are two USPS workers there (one woman and a guy named Rodney, I think) and they are the most rude USPS workers I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with. Dont bother asking them any question, you will not get a real answer and they will just roll their eyes and dismiss you. They are worse than DMV. I have been to many USPS offices and this one is by far the worst among all of them. I dont write reviews usually, but this one is just such an outlier that I am hoping someone would do something about it.

There is only one nice young lady there. The rest are old arrogant, condescending goverment workers that feel miserable with their lives and feel empowered to ruin your day (not going to happen). Horrible customer service - I wont even mention customer CARE. I hope USPS makes a clean up or train them on how to respect their customers. Try to avoid this office :)

Poor Customer service of a person standing at front desk.. Simply rude on asking simple Questions, or I must say with an disheartening attitude.. I wish I was just there to mail my stuff and wasnt analyzing.

I always find them informative and friendly. They are not there to be your best friend. Bring the correct information!
