USPS Mediocrity at its worst. SO the postal service decides not to deliver a package 2 days in a row (even though the sender put the correct address and actually snapped a picture of the label before sending so I know it was right. After a 20 minute wait on 1800 ask USPS they give me the number to this annex as "my local post office" . This sorry excuse for a post office does not answer the phone and even hangs up repeatedly when left to ring. Good luck getting any form of package if it was diverted here. My advice is consider it lost and move onto an insurance claim. Im not terribly upset as its a $10 item I ordered but I will never have anything shipped via USPS again. The one lady on the ASK USPS line could not speak proper English, Spanish or french (yes im trilingual but a native english speaker as well so she should have been able to understand my local PA accent). Seriously I tried 3 common languages. As bad as fed ex and UPS are they are so much more reliable then the postal service.

Called this number various times one hour before close to ask about a package that was out for delivery no one Ever answered!! This facility is unresponsive and mail is delivered whenever they feel it should be delivered. Theres been days where i dont get mail and when i finally do its a ridiculous bulk package from days before when they didnt deliver. Called and complained about this to the postmaster and nothing has been done!!! In fact it has gotten worst!! They now dont deliver if my car is blocking one side of drive way which does not affect or impede them from delivering mail i have 2 drive ways that connect in a u turn around my house and unless they can make that full drive through my property they refuse to enter and dont deliver. They are acting like their trucks are not equipped with a reverse to back up or thier drivers dont know what a 3 point u turn is! I hate thier services and will continue to complain until my problem is resolved.

Clearly these people keep your packages and distribute your stuff among themselves. I didnt receive an item and tried again 4 months after to see if they had it at the distribution center, and the tracking number that was printed out for me at the post office, showing that it was last scanned at the distribution center "was not in their system." I guess after a few months of keeping your stuff they feel entitled to it.

Showed up at my office building with the package, said the address wasnt legible enough to deliver?....took the package away...never saw it again. Told me to call 1 of 3 numbers. No one picked up after days of calling. Never received my mail. It wasnt returned to the sender either. Worst service! Bunch of criminals. No wonder USPS is going extinct.

Total pain in the ass to work with. They have four phone numbers and they only work half the time. When I finally got ahold of someone they told me they didnt know what I was talking about because "theyre a really big place with lots of packages" and they cant help me.

Why would they send my package here twice for these people to not even try to send it? And I try to call countless times to see if they can help me with this problem but they just dont pick up the phone, even with 3 different numbers! -_-

Thanks for nothing USPS- I mailed a package two day mail and it didnt get there for a week! Why did I pay $13 to mail a letter it wouldve gotten there faster with a stamp!
