UPDATE Ok guys just got off the phone with our post office actually they hung up on me! No mail today either because all carriers have to be off the streets by 300pm!!! I was by my door and a usps vehicle never drove on our circle...nor did anyone attempt to make a delivery. Several neighbors complained about the same. Our mailbox has been clear. Pure laziness! I am urging everyone to call and complain. I am urging everyone to call and complain. Of course we can pick up our mail but that is tomorrow after the trucks unload! # to follow. ..oh and convenientlythe post master is OFF. .. Disgusted since 1999. Have called the postmaster on several occasions over the years and it is always blamed on Waldorf. Today I shoveled out the mailbox after hernia surgery and the plow piling chest high snow because I am, and have been expecting 2 packages and 1 very important letter since last week. Neighbors have received mail and packages yesterday and today just doors away. I have sat and watched. ..no usps truck has driven our circle. ..so this is why usps is losing $ and complaining about it. We are lucky if mail is sorted and delivered weekly. No thanks.

If there was a way to give this location a negative star count, I would. From the unprofessional dress of the mail carriers, to the absolute incompetence and utter stupidity that it requires to deliver mail and tracked packages to the WRONG ADDRESS, the postal workers at this location are the worst. These postal workers are lazy, ignorant and stupid. Im pretty sure my three yr old could do a better job. And God forbid you need to actually visit the location. Every person Ive ever dealt with there has exhibited an attitude of indifference, and I struggle with not verbally berating them after every encounter. This location needs workers, new desk staff, and new management. I hate dealing with them. I would rather listen to a social justice warrior tell me Im a terrible person because Im a man than deal with the worthless turds that work at this location.

Ive gotten several "failed attempt to deliver" notifications from shippers. Talked to the nicest lady at the California post office (geographically closer, but apparently not ours) who informed me that theyve been instructed not to have mail carriers out past 3pm because of the "snow" (its mostly melted off the roads and is above freezing most of the way through the night). Fine, Ill come pick up the small mountain of my mail Im sure you have to deliver but this location wont answer the phone when you call. Im not driving out there to be told my stuff isnt there or I cant pick it up. Not that Im surprised. Ive had post office employees at other locations pick up the phone and promptly hang up, then leave the phone off the hook.

Applied for a new passport, they were very unspecific about what documentations I needed to bring. Copier was broken, had to bring my own copies of my documentation. After I got expedited application in and requested it to be expedited, two weeks later when I should have received my passport, I instead received a letter requesting my old passport card before my application could even be processed! They did not tell me at the post office I needed to turn it in, so then I had to wait longer for my passport that I intended to be expedited! Very uninterested service and I do not like coming here.

Worst post office I have ever lived around. I have had packages come opened or delivered to the wrong address NUMEROUS times. One package that I sent with gifts in it to friends in California was opened, and repackaged with items that were VERY inappropriate for the kids that opened them, and some of the gifts were missing altogether. Negative stars would be perfect for this place. VERY disappointed in this post office.

I wish I could give a negative star. I believe this place needs to be completely wiped and everyone currently working there terminated soon and bring in some actual professionals. Package VERY frequently put in the wrong box, delayed for no reason, rude customer service and no concern for efficiency. Avoid these guys at all costs. Pay the little extra to have real people from ups or FedEx deliver.

Like the last review, I can confirm that they are extremely rude and not at all interested in helping anyone with their concerns. Every time I come in to pick something up or send it away I am immediately met with a bad attitude. Just as bad over the phone. Ive never experienced worst service through any post office.

HORRIBLE post office!!! They have delivered tons of opened mail, often with items missing from the packages. They have also lost a lot of mail and any time I try calling their phone is off the hook for days at a time. This office should be closed and investigated by the police for opening and stealing peoples mail.

The slowest mail area I have ever lived (and I have lived in much more rural communities). I have also received multiple opened mails and gift cards are open, but who knows where that happens along the route. The carriers are very friendly and dependable, but the general service is horrible.

tried to call this post office 2 days in row phone always busy. went in to try and turn passport paper work and was told I need a appointment this is something that couldve been handle over the phone if the ever answered them. the service at this post office seem to be sub par.

Wait time on the phone is over an hour.. absolutely ridiculous! Requested a delivery online and never got the redilvery.. they left a pink slip in my mailbox saying they tried to deliver a package when I know they didnt... I was home the whole time waiting on the package..

The workers at this location are not at all friendly. I have dreaded the few times Ive had to go into this post office because of the attitude of the workers. Now I cant even get them on the phone it says "Were unable to complete your call at this time" every time I call.
