Instead of a critique (per se) I would rather offer advice to the salons staff and/or management, based on my experience. Front desk staff, please (genuinely) smile and be more welcoming and friendly, itll make you look prettier... the stiff, unapproachable look does not suite the atmosphere you are trying to create . Manicurist/Pedicurists please do not refer to your clients arms, hands, feet, as "that", as in, "put that in the water"... words like "that and it" should not take the place of human qualities. Keep the decor, the salon is beautiful (I wasnt thrilled about having my services done in the same space as a waiting area, but its cool). My technician took her time and complied with my requests.

I had the Queen for a Day Spa package (massage, facial, manicure and pedicure). My massage was great except the room is small and the walls are so thin that you can hear every conversation in the salon. The esthetician who did the facial was rude and interrupted my pedicure because it was now "her turn". My manicure and pedicure was so rushed that they looked terrible. It wasnt worth the money and they didnt care about me as a customer at all. I was there for over 5.5 hours because I just kept getting shoved around and put in the waiting area. I wrote a letter to the owner to let her know about my bad experience and I never heard back! They obviously dont care about quality service at this salon/spa.

I get my hair cut with beverly at bella. She always knows exactly what I need. The hair cut isnt the only good experience. All the employees are very positive and cheerful. They all talk to you as if u where their client. The shop was awsome! It was clean all the girls had their liscence displayed in cool frames. I would highly recommend anyone that cares about customer service, cleanliness, and profressionalism go here! You will get more than what u pay for every visit!

I always thought Bella Salon was way over priced for there services compared to other salons in the area. My coworkers got me a gift card so I used it for a massage which was fantastic but the vibe in this salon was stand offish, the employees I came in contact with at the front desk didnt crack a smile or say hello, they hovered around the receptionist as if they were gossiping and overall had the I think Im better than you snobby attitudes. Never again.

The customer service is lacking. Some of the employees, especially at the front desk are not friendly and didnt even speak when I approached the desk, just stared. I didnt like the vibe, not very inviting. Ive been there about 3 times and it seems to be the norm. Even though its closer for me, I wont being going back. Its not All of the employees, just some.

Katie is amazing! My daughter and I went to her for facials. She made the experience better than I imagined. She took her time, used great products and was very knowledgeable with any questions we had. I will definitely be returning to see her in the future!!

Was scheduled to have nails done with my granddaughter as a special treat for her. Got call last minute from them cancelling our appt. They didnt have anyone else to do our nails. Poor service.

Go here if you want the best haircut youve ever had; however, dont go here if youre not willing to pay the price for that perfection. Prices are incredibly expensive but you get what you pay for.

Friendly atmosphere. Do not recommend walking in. Call for an appointment. I waited a long time and got bumped. Prices are reasonable. Do not have childrens hair cut prices.
