Joyce Wolf hair stylist does on the side work going to homes of the elderly who cannot get out to the salon. She had been doing my mothers hair at home for the last 7 yrs. she is 82 yrs old and walks with a walker. Joyce was scheduled to do her hair on a Friday evening for her grandsons wedding on Saturday in Knoxville, MD. Joyce never showed up at the scheduled time and when called at the salon she hung up on my mother after telling her she would not be coming to do her hair. NOW - where does an 82 year old get an appointment at the last minute with a salon who is being picked up at 12 noon the day of the wedding. Joyce Wolf should not be allowed to work in any salon after doing something like this to a customer.
