They are the best. I have been going to Brandi for YEARS!! I made the mistake of trying other places a time or two (only for the convenience and I had a gift card) and I regretted it every time. Even though I live in Suffolk and work in VA Beach, I still make the drive to Tori Bay. Its worth every mile and every cent. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Its one big family full of talent.

I have been going to Tori Bay for awhile now. I absolutely love my stylist Heather Turner. I always love my haircuts, I make appointments during my lunch break and Heather is always ready for me and on time. I highly recommend Tori Bay for anyone looking for a fun place that is comforable and welcoming.

The owner, Kelley, has been cutting my hair, as well as my mothers, since I was a little girl. She is absolutely amazing, as are the rest of the wonderful ladies who work at Tori Bay. I would recommend her to ANYONE looking for a good haircut and a GREAT experience.
