SLOW Im glad im no longer a customer. Get used to being a customer & waiting for 20 minutes. My mom has short hair which only takes 45 mins to an hour & she was not done till 12 going on 1. Same with me except I have mid length hair which only takes an hour but im still in their for three hours. My cousin got a hair cut & she had to wait for two da** hours only because she was 15 mins late. Sorry to say but I do not recommend two stylists who I will keep nameless. I have witness a customer who had came from under the dryer telling her stylist(whos slow) she had to leave because she had somewhere to be & didnt have time to wait. The stylist told her shes sorry & dont have to pay. But the client did anyway & if I was her I would not have paid. I would recommend not to treat youre clients like they are walk-ins.

I truly enjoyed my service at Encore. The stylist were both knowledgeable and professional. The shampoo girls were wonderful and thoughtful. For example they asked was I comfortable in the shampoo bowl and if the water temp was just right for me. The manger walked around and greeted each person with a sincere smile and a good morning. This is definitely a place to come and decompress from a long work day. I did not experience any of the issues mentioned 2/3 yrs ago and I have made an follow up appointment.

I love the atmosphere! My daughters and I have been customers for awhile now. Im typically not good with making standard biweekly appointments so I will call and Im able to get the girls and myself in on a day and time that works for me. They are very accommodating, gracious, and we love our stylists!

Very slow. Get used to having your appointment start 30-45 mins late and spending 3 hours or more there for routine service.
